Subway — Restaurant in Allen

I frequent this location as it is close to the house. The service has gone down hill, I was greeted by an employee on her cell phone through the duration of our visit. Employee failed to ask what toppings, what I would like to order and was actively engaged in her cell phone. Our visit took almost 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Upon check out there was an additional charge for what I’m unsure of as I could not understand what the employee was stating. I asked this employee for the managers name and was told she is the manager. I would visit the other subway in town if your wanting good service with a smile and to be charged the correct amount. No resolution...

Honestly can’t believe Subway hasn’t stepped in at this point. The restaurant is dirty and has been “under construction” for a long time now. It looks like they started demo and left. The baseboards and trims have been removed leaving frayed old wall paper just hanging from the walls, adhesive is exposed. Water damaged Sheetrock has been left unfinished and exposed. It’s obvious the owners are incompetent and have zero desire to provide a quality product. Mold is visible at the base of the walls, thick dust covers the HVAC ducting and fans. Mold is growing inside the mens restroom toilet. Service is sub par...

My son and I went into the Subway on Stacy road yesterday at lunch time around 12:30. There were 9 people in line with only 1 poor worker behind the counter taking care of all the customers all by her self. After waiting 10 minutes my son and I left. I felt so sorry for the young lady working so hard. If you are the owner of this Subway restaurant where are you? At a time when so many small businesses are struggling this is an opportunity for you to be making money when so many business are closed.
