First time customer on last Sunday night. I placed the order over the phone for one pizza and was told it could be picked up in 30 minutes. I arrived on time and then had to wait about 5 minutes to get an employee to acknowledge I was there, then I was told "oh, it will be about 10 more minutes". The whole time I was waiting the staff was messing with their cell phones, making food without gloves and not washing their hands, the guys tending the phones had terrible communication skills. There were pizzas stacked up on a shelf clearly waiting on someone to deliver them the whole time I was there. They must have sat on the shelf at least 15 minutes. Other customers showed up to pick up their pizzas and were all told it would be another 5-10 minutes longer wait.
