Burger King — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

Absolutely horrible. We went to get out food that we ordered online and there was only two cars in front of us yet it still took about 10 minutes to get to the window to receive our food. When we got to the window, the lady was obviously very high and had to ask for our order name twice and said that the people in the back never released it. Then had to wait about another 5 minutes before she comes back saying no one heard her and had us pull forward. At this point we were completely over the whole situation and eventually left and never received our food or a refund. Not coming back and would not recommend unless you want to wait for 20-30 minutes with a person reeking of weed...

Went to drive thru. The employee wanted the coupon code. I said I I'm not positive on the last number, Because the corner ripped.. She said I cannot take a coupon without a complete number. I told her what I believe the number is because I use this coupon all the time and she would not put it in. I Asked her to enter the number three times.... I finally went up to the window and showed her where I had torn the coupon off the page. She entered the number and oh OMG it worked! She never entered the four digit code as she said she did.

I prefer burger king food over mcdonald's but i'm so tired of this burger king and the way they're employees treat people trying...

April 27 1 o'clock PM. The lunch crew working today is horrible. I placed a simple order. Waited about 12 minutes for it. For it. The order was wrong. And the burgers were cold. The woman working the cash register could not figure out how to work it properly. I saw that with my order and with the customer that came in after me. The customer that came in after me had a coupon for a free small fry. Which the workers were making fun of within Earshot. And all I would not recommend going here until they get a new crew of friendly and qualified individuals to...
