Service was very good, Food was Fantastic, and prices were good in general. Like she often does my wife went for an Appetizer sampler and made a special request for substitution. Which was no problem. I went for one of my favorites to test a new Asian restaurant ... Moo Goo Gai Pan. Drinks being the one let down we both got bottles of soda from cooler.
Food came up quickly and brought to our table. All the fried Wontons, Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Crab Cheese on my wife's sampler and my sides were crispy and flaky with no greasy/oily feeling. Sweet & Sour sauce was fantastic, sauce on Ribs was tangy with a touch of sweetness and ribs were tender. My Moo-Goo-Gai-Pan was the best I have had in 15 years (including my trips overseas). Chicken was perfectly cooked and sauce was flavorful. Vegetables each cooked just right at that edge of fully cooked with a touch of aldante to give them crunch and sweetness. I will definitely be back again and see how they do on some other...
Read moreI've been coming to this place for many years and I've never had a problem with it. Always have had good food. But the one time that I got sick from there I called them to let them know what happened. I didn't want a free meal. I did not want my money back. I just wanted to inform them that I had gotten sick from there. I know it was from there because I was puking within 4 hours after eating there and I had not eaten anything else during the day. What upsets me is when I called to tell them. They denied it. They said it was not from there. I says yes it was and you guys would not accept it and say sorry. That's all I wanted was an apology that I got sick from your food. Some people will sue you for that kind of stuff. But I won't. I might try you guys again in the future. You guys do have really good food. And I've been coming there for years and I only got sick once. Mistakes happen. I just wish you would...
Read moreSeven months ago, this was a five-star review. They have since changed their food vendors and the quality has consequently suffered for it. Crab rangoons are different, so are the spring rolls - and not for the better. Sesame chicken is not the same and unnecessarily spicy. Even their fried rice and lo mein is noticeably less appealing. This comes as a major disappointment considering they were the best Chinese food in the area based on my findings. It's always disheartening when a place is so consistently good and builds a solid reputation only to completely squander it all away so quickly. A true shame. After two mediocre visits there, I will be taking Great Wall off my...
