Red Ram Saloon — Restaurant in Alma

I was there on Tuesday, 7/22/25 around 4:45 p.m. There were maybe 5 other people in the bar. The service was all right. The food was okay... if you want your burger "red" inside. When I told the bartender/cook that she may want to leave the burger on the grill longer next time and showed her the "red" meat, she told me that is how she always makes it. She said if I wanted it "well-done" I needed to order it that way. (It was not a steak, and I was not offered a choice on how I wanted it cooked). I asked her if she took the temperature on it. And again, she said that's how she always cooks them. The other person with me had a burger that was cooked correctly.

When I first got my burger, I could see red blood on the bun, but I pulled that part off. The first half of the burger was cooked well through it. But it was not until I got into the second half of it that I saw the "red" meat. She offered to make me another burger. But I declined as I had eaten the first...

The bartender, Jordyn, was not only easy on the eyes but also super attentive and quick with the drink orders. The Red Ram is a clean well kept establishment. However! Our burger and chicken wings were severely undercooked. Also my wife got a glass sliver stuck in her lip from a contaminated twisted tea bottle. The service was ok but we will NOT be visiting this...
