I had a disappointing experience at this Indian dessert spot and wouldn’t recommend it based on the visit.
Right from the start, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I asked a simple question about allergens in their crepes, specifically regarding peanuts, and the person taking my order was rude and seemed unsure about the ingredients they use. For a food establishment, especially one serving desserts where nut allergies are common concerns, that kind of uncertainty is both frustrating and concerning.
Then I noticed a staff member pulling out pre-made frozen crepes to be reheated, which immediately lowered my expectations. When my order was finally ready, they didn’t include utensils, and the staff seemed reluctant to provide any when I asked—almost like it was an inconvenience.
As for the food itself, the crepe was smothered in an overwhelming amount of whipped cream, likely to mask the fact that the crepe had been reheated from frozen. The bananas and strawberries were mushy and clearly not fresh, and the vanilla ice cream scoop was tiny—definitely not what you’d expect based on their photos or the price.
Speaking of price, the item was significantly overpriced for what was served. The presentation didn’t match the pictures, and the overall quality was poor—from the ingredients to the execution.
This visit fell short in almost every aspect—service, transparency, freshness, and value. If you’re looking for quality Indian desserts or crepes, I’d recommend...
Read moreI paid $67 for a half order of Tandori chicken, an order of chicken tikka masala and an order of naan and a can of soda. The tandori chicken was $19 that literally only came with 4 pieces of chicken, 2 legs and 2 thighs(not an actual half of a chicken), it was blain, dry and on a bed of wilted lettuce. On the room service menu it says it comes with a side of rice….guess what??? No rice came with it. The chicken tikka masala was good but the 8oz of rice they gave with it isn’t enough for my kid to eat less alone an adult. That meal cost me $24. I ordered a can of soda….not in the bag and neither was there any silverware. Then I got a call asking if my order came and if it was correct, I tell him no and he argues with me about the tandori chicken isn’t supposed to come with rice. Well on the room service menu it says it does and I don’t get what I ordered. So i definitely won’t ever order from here again. But good luck to you!
For the fact that the owner replies without even an apology nor an offer to make my order right or offer to give me what I ordered lets you know these people have no integrity and they definitely don’t care about the customers they serve. If I could give zero stars I would. Where’s my other order of rice, my can of soda or some silverware? Exactly!!!! It wasn’t all about the price so your business played the...
Read moreThe food and service were so bad that I had to open a google review account to let people know to stay away from this place. We have a foreign exchange student from the UK who happens to be Indian(and eats Halaal) staying at our house. So to make her more at home we ordered from this place. The lamb curry gave me diarrhoea and the aftertaste is still lingering in my mouth. Tandoori Chicken was just red dyed chicken cooked in an oven. I forgot what else we ordered but we ordered a significant amount of food for 6 people. Honestly as I was eating their food I could not stop thinking about the indian street food videos on tiktok. We did not find any hair on our food cause we were expecting that from the first bite so that’s a positive I guess. The staff were unprofessional and rude from the get go, and the restaurant itself smelled a little funky. I had the misfortune to pick up the food and im glad i did cause now I know not to go back. I hate putting small businesses down like this but please provide decent service and quality food. I have hundreds of other options to eat out besides indian food. You guys already have a bad rep, why make it worse? The Indian pizza concept sounds good. Had i not been sick from the food I would have considered it...
