My recent experience at Fabulous Burger left me with mixed feelings. While the restaurant had some positive aspects, there were a few notable shortcomings that impacted my overall enjoyment of the meal.
First and foremost, I must address the disappointment I felt regarding the taste of the burgers. The meat was hardly cooked to the desired level, resulting in a lack of flavor and juiciness. This was quite disheartening, as a well-cooked patty is a crucial component of a satisfying burger experience. Additionally, the surplus of lettuce on the burgers was overwhelming and overshadowed the other ingredients. It seemed as if the lettuce dominated the flavor profile, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Another aspect that left a lot to be desired was the bread used for the burgers. It appeared to be stale and lacked the freshness that is expected from a quality burger joint. The texture and taste of day-old bread greatly impacted the overall satisfaction of the meal. It’s crucial for a burger establishment to pay attention to the quality and freshness of the buns, as they play a significant role in enhancing the overall experience.
However, it’s worth noting that Fabulous Burger did have some redeeming qualities. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere, providing a comfortable setting for dining. The service was attentive and friendly, adding a positive touch to the overall experience. It’s clear that the staff members genuinely cared about their customers and strived to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
In conclusion, my visit to Fabulous Burger had its ups and downs. While the restaurant excelled in terms of ambiance and service, the lackluster taste of the burgers, surplus of lettuce, and day-old bread were significant drawbacks. It is my hope that Fabulous Burger addresses these issues, as they have the potential to enhance the overall quality and enjoyment of...
Read moreSeriously so inconvenient that they don't pick up your phone calls. I no longer live near the area and went out my way to buy dinner for me and my husband. When I got home I had a missing item and my husband had to drive back 15+ miles just to get our missing item. They don't answer the phone to even let them know a out the problem. They charge so much now , a ranch a lone is 1.10 and I got an extra 2 on top of the $30+ order I placed. Not to mention the gas waisted to and from. So ridiculous. And for them to give a problem about the missing item would just be the nerve.
Update: yup they sure gave him a hard time. Nobody knew about the order and the cashier lady asked him why he's there almost 2 hours later, obviously because we came all the way home when we realized it was missing. Hesitated to do the order and told him they will do it but next time HE WILL HAVE TO PAY!!! pay for something that was ALREADY PAID FOR!! that he will have to pay for it again! What? This is a big joke. This place is officially crossed off my list for good. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU STEP FOOT OUT THIS DUMPSTER . IDK WHO OWNS IT NOW, OR IF ITS THE SAME OWNER BUT THIS PLACE...
Read moreOkay so the burger I bought was pricey, but good. A little too watery but probably from the tomato or the excess thousand island dressing. No combo deals here. No sizes on fries just one size, $6 for a bag. Then $4 for a drink. My combo if they had one would have been over $25. I guess standard at some places but of you have a place like Lucky Star or Classic Birgers you'll get a combo deal for around $16. Now, I passed on the fries and drink. Went across the street to 7-11 got 2x drinks and 2x bags of chips for $5. Both had deals so had to grab it. The place was cold and uninviting, like the DMV. Very strange vibe like at any moment Lawrence Fishburne in King Of New York was going to come blasting in. It's a staple of the neighborhood but not sure how it can keep on surviving? Applause to the regular customers for keeping...
