I was very satisfied with the food at the restaurant, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. However, this particular woman made me realize that in 2025, in a country that prioritizes racial equality, something unexpected happened. Specifically, when a white male customer picked up their order, she was incredibly warm and sincere, her eyes filled with welcome and gratitude. When the white customer left, she'd say, "Have a great day!" However, when a Black man went to pick up his order, her expression subtly changed. She maintained her smile, which seemed forced. When I went to pick up my order, the moment she saw me, her face darkened and her smile faded. I said hello, and she lowered her head, pretending to look elsewhere. When I left, I said thank you, but she ignored me and turned away to talk to someone else. It was incredibly obvious. She's smart, knowing it's hard to offend Black people, so she forced a smile. But when she saw an Asian, she gave me a cold shoulder. She actually preferred serving white people, but this is America, and such racism shouldn't...
Read more16 June 2024 an 330pm. I'm from the east coast. I've always heard about In-N-Out, but never really knew what it was until I got here. Definitely has a nice appearance, and a 1950s appeal. Restaurant was very clean and well-kept, the crew looked very well organized, the food looks incredible. But I have to say, looks can be deceiving! I suppose once you've had five guys, it kind of ruins it for all the other fast food Burger joints! But what was really disappointing about In-N-Out was the fries. They say they are fresh, but it sure doesn't taste so. They look so pale and have kind of a spongy texture. Not a nice crispy fry experience like at McDonald's or Five guys. In fact after we left In-N-Out, my wife made us go to the the McDonald's down the street so she could get her fry-fix. She dumped the In-N-Out fries in the trash after the first few bites. We won't be back. California can keep In-N-Out on the west coast,...
Read moreI was at In-N-Out yesterday and noticed a single employee not wearing a mask. All other employees were wearing masks. Now Iâm worried about my food being contaminated by Covid, and many other possible contaminants, do to this one lunatic employee. I will now boycott this specific In-N-Out until I can be assured this she is either fired or required to wear a mask. Covid is still rampaging throughout the US and can be past and mutated by the fully vaccinated, this is the nature of the virus coupled with the ignorance and selfishness of the American population. It doesnât help when Democratic Politicians eliminate much needed mandates so they can get votes from those who refuse to follow the...
