Been coming here for years but Saturday was the last straw. Spent almost $40 on two burritos that had None of what we asked for... A Baja shrimp burrito that ONLY HAD RICE. I specifically asked for it a certain way which included extra sour cream amoungst other things and they literally just made what they wanted. There was NO SOUR CREAM AT ALL.... then I got a steak and chicken SUPER burrito... They didn't listen to the order and that also had a request for extra sour cream once again there was NONE. I checked my receipt and it's was exactly how I said it. She marks 'add chicken,' and I specifically ask for it to be vegan. She assured me it'll come out vegan.. my first bite was ALL chicken. I mean come on.. so I go back in to notify of the mistake and ask for a correction before wondering why they charged me $1.75 in the first place when it was vegan, so I asked and was faced with resistance, saying that's how it's supposed to be. After pushing for clarity, she gives me the $1.75 cash and the. Gives me a burrito half the size of the first burrito.

BUT, tonight I ordered a burrito off door dash and it was missing a couple of ingredients and so I double checked to make sure I didn't accidentally order it wrong and I did not.
