Edit-Darren is amazing and always has great customer service and is a credit to the company!! Yashua rung me up and he also had good customer service. This store is leapyears from the horrible service when covid started, I'm glad they got rid of those other employees!!! I also added a star because they finally added a vegetarian option but they still cook in same wok/pans. My family love loves this place! It always smells amazing in here. I gave 4 stars because of how much my family comes here. I love how something fresh is always just coming out the wok. It's very freshly prepared. The location is always clean and the utensil section is never a mess. I've never once had a bad reception from any of the employees. They are usually very outgoing and friendly. Now,here's where the 1star gets taken away. For a Chinese food place,where as, usually Chinese food can be safe for vegetarians,but not here. Everything is cooked with chicken stock. The vegetables are cooked in it,the rice is cooked in it, everything,so I have to suffer smelling this AMAZING smelling food and never have a taste(sad face). But definitely a place I'll bring the family to, especially on nights I don't feel like cooking. Don't forget to keep your receipt and do the survey and get an extra entree for free,it only takes a minute for some extra bomb...

Walked in with no one there and instead of being helped they began to work on a large online order. In the online order they gave large portions of food to the 6+ plates being ordered. When I ordered my food they gave me very small portions due to the (now) lack of food. When I asked about getting the same as the online order they told me that they give “exactly 7 pieces to each customer” which was obviously significantly smaller than the online orders. Then I had to wait for them to complete another order for a woman who walked in to pick up her online order and wanted explications about the application as my food sat there getting cold. No apologies for making me wait another 20 minutes to be served while prioritizing customers who weren’t there yet. I was visibly upset, and I apologize to the woman at check out who had to deal with me after asking for a donation for an overpriced meal. Writing this review before an important luncheon tomorrow with multiple clients. I placed my order online and received a call almost immediately making sure that everything was okay. Milton (sorry if I spelled it wrong) the General Manager called me to confirm my order and make sure it was the way we needed it. That attention to detail made me write this review. His professionalism gave me the assurance that we will definitely use them in the future. In summary, if you have an event that you need a large order for, rest assured that they will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need.
