Worst experience ever... Ever since we got there employee Eleida had attitude towards us. We asked her what kind of bread they had, she was annoyed. Followed by throwing ingredients when making our sandwiches, we asked if she could cut our sub in half (we didn't see that she had done it already but she thought we asked her to put each halves in setparete bags) instead of clarifying she said no... To what we said, "Sorry?" She followed by slamming the sandwich in the counter and I asked her if she was having a bad day? She didn't say anything back so we asked to speak to her manager. The manager, Rosa, gets there and Eleida took her gloves of and threw them in the trash saying that we asked her to put the footlong halves in separate bags, we clarified we only asked her to cut it. She opened the subway and yelled IT IS ALREADY cut and she left, she kept babbling to the employees in the back about her bad experience with us. Rosa said she would talk to her employee she also didn't charged...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRude staff. Ordered a footlong turkey sandwich and the lady tried to put four slices of turkey on a footlong. I looked at her and waited for the rest and then she asked me what cheese I wanted. I stepped back kinda perplexed that anyone would think that that small amout of meat was appropriate for a whole loaf of bread and decided to just say you know what no thanks I'm gonna pass on spending my money here. The other employee tried to ask me what was wrong and I told her that there was some weird vibe/attitude coming from the lady making the sandwiches. Went to another subway later in the day just to ask and confirmed 8 slices of Turkey go on a footlong. Pretty dissapointing since I wait till wednesday to get my turkey sandwich when it's on special. Left there hungry and was just over lunch at that point. Wont bother going in to this...

They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Finally, just as I got to the counter, one of the other two employees came to the sandwich counter to help. The worst thing, though, was the temperature. The restaurant was extremely hot and despite fans turning up on the very high ceiling, there was virtually no air movement. The thermostat on the wall showed 89°. It was a very uncomfortable environment for everyone, but especially the employees who were rushing around...
