My order was correct after debating at the window about which order was mine but I did wait in line for 25 minutes from the time I pulled up and place my order til the time I got my food. I place my order at 8:01 p.m. tonight it did not pull out of the drive-thru till 8:27 p.m. tonight that is way too long for fast food I could have gone to the Outback Steakhouse and got in an order to go quicker than that. I do understand they're under construction and their drive-thru volume is higher than usual, but 20 to 25 minutes in a drive thru is uncalled for. Management needs to reevaluate this situation; the employees on the headphones were cursing. Something I would not want my kids hearing had they been in the car with me. Customer service needs to improve as I pulled up to the window, there was confusion due to them ringing me up as an Uber order and I was not. so there was confusion at the pickup window, which shows there needs to be more training on the order taking at the speaker where my order was placed. I am not an Uber driver, never said I was so I don't know where they got it in my order to ring it up as an Uber. When I got to the window to pick up my order they asked if I was uber, I said no cuz I am not. I did not realize that the person taking the order rang me up as an Uber driver. Please clarify this with the order takers on how to order when your Uber and how to order when your regular customer but for the most part I do get okay customer service from this location I have had a few issues with the manager Michelle in the past but no issues in the last couple months because I have not seen her working at the store anymore she may still be there I just haven't seen her there in a while. Which I am happy about being that she was very rude and refuse to take my order because I fell in the bathroom in a puddle of water that they had not clean up after being told about it. Now this was back at the end of 2015 and still Michelle will chase me out of the store if she sees me I don't know why she still holding a grudge against something from 3 almost 4 years ago. Next month will be 4 years since this incident and she still holds a grudge against me it's time to Let It Go Michelle. I do like to visit the McDonald's that I grew up at and all the memories I did make there before this one incident. Hopefully one day soon I will be able to make a visit without worrying about Michelle trying to trespass me. Oh BTW Michelle... Good luck on actually getting that trespass order as I will never be there to receive the order by the time the police get there. Read moreI walked into this location, and walked up to the counter. DALVIN HOLMES, the employee at the counter, saw me walk in, saw me walk up to the counter, looked me in my eye...and then he turned around, completely ignored me, and was yuckin' it up with his buddies in the back. I thought perhaps he was getting someone's order...but nope, he just decided to ignore me. Didn't acknowledge me, nothing.
I waited a while to see how long he AND THE MANAGER, who was standing right next to Dalvin, cracking jokes and completely ignoring his customers, would continue to to just let me stand there.
Finally, I said aloud, " Can someone please help me? You have a customer." And Dalvin looked at me like I'd just inconvenienced him. But he finally came and took my order. That sorry excuse for a manager didn't even turn around, and as more customers came into the store, he disappeared into the back and left us with Dalvin's ineptitude.
I ordered 2 macs @ $5, and 2 ten piece nuggets, also for $5; small fries, two drinks. I look down at my receipt while I wait forever for this order, and I see that this young man only gave me one ten-piece, and charged me $4.29 for it. I had to beg him for my drink cups because he wouldn't give them to me, and when I asked if I could get the fries he forgot to give me, he came back with an insulting amount. Happy Meals have more fries than he gave me.
He also touches money, then immediately goes and touches food.
Boxes of those dipping sauces were actually stacked on the counter. Customers had to lift up boxes to get the sauces we wanted. That's not supposed to happen...those boxes shouldn't ne there, but I guess it was a good thing they were there because the service is absolutely garbage at this location, and we would have waited forever for sauces if we didn't just help ourselves.
I didn't get the manager's name (big, hefty guy) but he should be called to the carpet for the way he manages that location. He was so busy goofing around with people in the back that he paid ABSOLUTELY ZERO attention to his customers or what was going on in his store.

Read moreIf I could give this McDonald’s zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant.
First off, I got trapped in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. After struggling to get out, I had no choice but to call the store for help. You’d think that the employees would be concerned, but instead, they laughed at me over the phone and hung up! I was in complete disbelief that they would find my situation funny rather than trying to assist a customer in distress.
To make matters a million times worse, the toilets were overflowing, and within minutes, I was standing in filthy water and actual feces. The smell was unbearable, and the fact that no one came to help just made it even more humiliating. Eventually, I managed to get out, but not because of any employee assistance—just my sheer determination to escape that disgusting situation.
When I finally got out and confronted the staff about what happened, they acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even apologize! The complete lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic human decency at this location is beyond comprehension.
I will never be returning to this McDonald’s, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. If this is how they handle a crisis, I can only imagine the lack of care that goes into their food preparation. Health inspectors seriously need to check...
