Subway — Restaurant in Alto

We stop twice a week at this location. There's one lady that has brown hair with glasses that is rude nearly every time we go in there. My husband was still ordering his sandwich when she told the lady to stop putting items on the sandwich bc she done rang us up then gave a hard time on adding extra cheese which i then stated i would pay for the extra cheese 🙄 On another occasion we stopped as we usually at the same time and we always sit at the 2nd table to the right and she said, "dining room closed"?? There's a younger female that works there and the lady is usually snarky to her on how she's making the sandwiches and heavens forbid if you ask for extra pickles or such. She has also tried to argue that a sandwich had another meat item on it when our daughter gets the same sandwich each time and made the same way each time.. other than that food is good and other employees are great and friendly. Little miss attitude...

This business needs major employee attitude adjustment. The place closes at 11pm; most of the time we call after 10pm no one answers the phone. After that has happens numerous times, I drive over and they tell me there is a problem with their phone; this is a total lie, this has been going on for the the past couple of years; I am pretty sure they would have fixed their phone problem by now. It is not the phone, it is the personnel. I just called about 15min ago and no answer. I am not going to waste my time with this and go to Waffle House across the street, they do not have that problem there.

I rather save my money than to eat at Subway again. My husband & I went in & got 5 footlongs for the family for dinner. I swear all you taste is bread. They are so stingy with the toppings it’s ridiculous!!! My husband had to ask them while making the sandwiches to at the very least, spread the little bit of toppings they were giving us across the whole sandwich. They didn’t even hardly put any sauce on them either. Subway has really gone down hill & raised their prices & cut the amount on the way down. I wouldn’t mind paying the price if it was a full sandwich but they are just not worth the...
