Original Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Altoona

So I had gotten a cheese steak and when I opened it up to put the dressing on it, there was A LONG HAIR. I called in about my concern and they said they would refund my money. 2 hours later I called in to see the status and the guy said The Boss wasn’t refunding it.. I said may I speak with hi’, as he’s yelling in the back ground the gentleman on the phone said, he’s not getting on the phone and not giving my money back. I said, ok I’ll be in. I go in and the “Boss” is telling at me as I did something wrong here 🤔 I didn’t eat the sandwich bc I wanted them to see I wasn’t lying and the Owner is still going off, telling me to leave the store that he’s NOT GIVING MY MONEY BACK. And said I was rude on the phone (which I wasn’t) and the girl who took the call even said I wasn’t.. He’s yelling at me and still as I was nice about the fact he is acting out this way, I say I WOULD NEVER EVER WORK FOR A GUY LIKE THIS (the one employee even said I know, I know as in this person knows how he is and shouldn’t work for a person as such) I myself is in Customer service and WOULD NEVER ACT THIS WAY! I cannot believe how I was treated.. Never in my life have I ever dealt with a owner of a business, who made me feel like I caused the mistake... I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER HERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE DEAL WITH THIS LIKE I DID! If I could rate lower than a 1 I would review as negative infinity ... I hope this owner knows I don’t write reviews and this gets around bc seriously he almost had me in tears as whatever he is dealing with outside his business, HE SHOULDNT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS WHO...

We normally go to Dino’s for our subs but they were closed early so we decided to try something different. The food wasn’t awful, but mediocre at best. Got 2 subs (about 13 dollars each) and they don’t even look like subs. A lot of bread and not a lot of substance inside. And the fry orders were small (we each ordered a fry) and were almost 6 dollars for one order. We spent just under 40 dollars for this order for not a lot of food and also food we didn’t expect to look like this since they don’t say this is what their hoagies are like. Tried calling and got no answer (maybe they’re closed but google says 9pm). Me and my husband learned the hard way to not deviate from our usual lol. On the other hand, Dino’s is where it’s at! Get a large sub, fries, and a drink for 10.99. Would have saved 20 bucks and got better quality/more quantity than we got...

My family & I have always loved the food & order from here a lot but last week we ordered a family size stromboli & always get mushroom & onion in half... It was delivered & didn't have mushroom or onion.. I called & she said that my next stromboli order I wouldn't have to pay for my mushroom & onion... I was satisfied with that... So tonight we ordered our stromboli & explained what happened last time... They didn't have any record of it but the man apologized & gave me a credit & put in my order.... I thought it was very nice that he did the credit... Just got our stromboli... It's written right on my slip to ADD MUSHROOM & ONION... I KID YOU NOT... ONCE AGAIN... NO MUSHROOM OR ONION!! I don't even want to order from them anymore. I like mine with mushroom & onion...that's why i order it that way! !!! I don't understand how this...
