Taco Bell — Restaurant in Altoona

Pros: The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The restaurant and bathroom is always spotless. The line for drive-thru usually goes by really fast. The food is what you expect. Staff also doesn't seem annoyed if you have to ask for customized items.

Cons: There are inconsistencies occasionally with whether or not your order will be correct so always check your bag before leaving the lot or confirm the screen order to make sure it is correct. Mainly happens when they are training a lot of new hires or if it is during peak hours. Ask for napkins if you'll need them because sometimes you'll get none, other times you'll get a giant stack.

Tip: I recommend downloading the taco bell app. You'll rack up rewards, have options you don't have on the location menus, and I've noticed my order is always correct when I use the app. Very rarely they will have internet issues at this location and the app will be down but it isn't frequent.

Very good place to order food very fast and is original and taste good as always Taco Bell fresh always made to order. I ordered my food and it took about 2 minutes to make which was wonderful I was very hungry and I wont-wait very keep place they clean and sanitized after every person sits down clean the countertops every time they go up there change your gloves every time they go to the caverns to the food and go back to the food and every food that's made that's such a paper product or anything that's such a product a Jane circle loves very sanitized place very is very great customer service they have. First time going to this location and it was "ok". Interior and exterior were very clean, and the staff seemed very nice and cheery. However, when I was placing the order the cashier interrupt me to say she was new. Understandable, so I showed her a screenshot of the order I was getting for myself and a group of friends, figuring reading the modifications/add-on under each item name would be easier. She types it in and says my total without reading back the order (which was decently large and rather complex) and I reread my order to her to confirm, getting a nod as confirmation. Got home, and every item is wrong. I use to work at a Taco Bell which is probably why im making such a big deal of this.
