I don't know what happened to the Alvarado Taco Bell but my last three experiences have been awful... And I won't be back because there guys a NERVE
Visit 1 - charged for exercises didn't put them in the bag
Visit 2 - had to repeat my order three times because the person operating the drive-through speaker was not aware there was a veggie option that I was clearly looking at on the drive-thru menu... Then items missing off of my nachos...
Visit 3 + I thought I'd learn my lesson so I ordered through the app where I could customize everything exactly the way we wanted it and there'd be no confusion well I guess there was some kind of technical difficulty and they only got half of the order it was an app only item and they refused to honor it at the window they wanted me to go make another order in the app CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL
I have worked in the food industry and have a ton of love and compassion for those who continue in that field... You can forget my sauces I'm not going to say nothing... You can not understand what I want because I'm not a typical customer I get it You have a lot going on and I'm being extra...
Going something as big as a whole half of an order missing happens and the person is willing to pay to correct it it's just common sense figure out a way to correct it collect the money and be happy 🤷♀️
PS upon further inspection not only was one meal missing... The items were ALL. Incorrectly dressed... And they gave us dip but no chip.... On the bright side they didn't forget the chipotle sauce haha but I didn't have anything...
Read moreMy mom and I went inside to place our order. When we went in we were told that they would not take her order we had to use the kiosk. My mom refuses to use a kiosk it is hard to understand even for myself (they have combo meals listed but the numbers are not on the kiosks.) We ask again and we were told we would have to use the kiosk. A note the kiosks at this Taco Bell are very dirty and look like they're rarely wiped down. Then we were told a host would come out an assist us. A lady came out and was very friendly and helpful but she was wheelchair-bound and I found it very unfair that she tried to come from the back up front into the lobby and her wheelchair was moving the front counter because there wasn't enough space I find that very wrong. I just don't understand why we are forced to use a kiosk to place an order what if we had cash they would still have to go to the register.. and if you want a receipt you still have to go to the front and get a receipt. While we were placing our order with the assistance of an employee you could hear the manager mumbling about us not using the kiosk she was very upset that we would not do it her way. I know we are not the only ones that don't like to use these machines there are elderly that don't want to or don't know how... And there are other people that don't like to use them either like myself. I don't know why we felt like such an inconvenience to the manager.... This is not acceptable from such a large company..... Read moreI used to work there and that was a time when everyone for the most part cared and work got done. I used to be a shift lead there, and I got to the point where I really loved my job, but we got a new store manager and all the sudden the atmosphere got real, black, real ugly, very ominous along with a general manager (Which is the store manager) We had received another assistant manager. That in itself was it totally different story, but they came in, but nobody believe everything‘s copacetic, but they could care less about anyone who worked there prior to them coming aboard. They only cared about the ones they personally hired and they didn’t care about properly training those that didn’t have the proper training due to we were without a general manager/store manager For about eight months .
Now let’s move onto the food side of it. I have not eaten there since I quit there and I finally ate there after three months and tell me why all three of my family members that had Taco Bell got food poisoning two days. It was horrible.
