Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Alvin

Listen. I had a rough day. I'm talking about had tons of jobs to go to and my truck battery quits the second I crank it on. I get through the day and im still broke and roll up to this jack in the box. I order a bunch of individual items and Braden at drive thru was so well versed in his job he informed me I could smash all the items I ordered into a combo meal just like the new "smashed jack "combo is. Dude saved me like two bucks and look.

Its $2. But did he even have to say anything at all? No. He could've just been a robot and said yes to everything I said and charged me accordingly. The guys attitude was great . Literally so great that im writing this review right now in hopes the big head jack himself reads this. Comes and pays a visit to see this man. And turn around give this mfer the biggest raise in his life cuz this service, THIS SERVICE. Is the ish the people wanna see.

He dont even know it but he gave just me an ounce of hope for humanity. Be like Braden cuz this world sucks for everyone and we all hate it to some degree but just show love to one another and let's ride this mfer together. BIG SHOUTS OUT TO BRADEN

A Fast Food Oasis in Alvin

Let’s be clear, we’re talking about Jack In The Box, so the star rating is adjusted to fast-food expectations – particularly of the indulgent, comfort-food kind. That said, this location outshines many others I’ve visited, and it’s especially a star player considering the options in Alvin.

The lady who usually mans the drive-through during the night shifts is truly a ray of sunshine. Her suggestions are spot-on, and when she says, "Thank you for your business, can I get you anything else?", you can genuinely feel her appreciation for the customers – recognizing that they are the cornerstone of her work. I hold immense respect for someone who, likely underappreciated and underpaid, maintains a steadfast dedication to delivering a positive experience for the customer.

Even though this location is a bit farther from my house compared to the one in the town center, and despite the late-night hunger pangs I might experience working late in my Pearland shop, I consistently choose this Jack In The Box. I have been to this location in the am on many occasions and I have always had great service. But the pm crew is just insanely horrible. The drive through guy I think his name is Jacob was awesome, courteous and very apologetic for the time frame and the issues that were going on. This guy was doing the grill, the fryers and the drive thru window by himself. While the female manager and a unknown Male coworker horse playing and flirting around the place. Jacob was asking them for help in which I visually saw no response from them. They had no care. There was at least 10 to 15 cars in line. This has happened the past 4 times I have went there. I usually go on week days after working to many hours. So with that said they need to keep Jacob and get better staff to assist him properly. Every night I drive by i always see the same line. I have spoke with the am manager about this. Seems it goes no where though. I will go to another location from now on. I wish the guy Jacob the best.
