Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Amarillo

Went through the drive through, the person I spoke to was very friendly when ordering my food. When I got to pay and saw my receipt I saw that one of the burgers that I had ordered with bacon did not show the bacon on the receipt so I told the person that took my order that the receipt was not showing the bacon and asked if she could make sure that both burgers had bacon, I did not mind paying for the bacon. She asked the person making the burgers if both burgers had bacon and without even checking, another employee that was not the person making the burgers yelled at her that both burgers had bacon. That same employee that yelled at her was the one that gave me my burgers. When she handed me the bag I asked for ketchup. Again, with an attitude, she said that there was ketchup in the bag. So I drove off. When looking at what we were given, there was no ketchup in the bag and the burger did not have bacon. On top of that all the food was bland. We go to this DQ at least once a week and for the past year an older lady works the window. She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever come across. I’ve always just let the rudeness not get to me but enough is enough. Tonight went thru the drive thru at 8:50. I ordered a chicken salad and husband was still looking at the menu, because he was taking his time deciding what he wanted the lady got extremely angry and was sighing so loud we could here her very clearly. She was also griping to someone about us which we could hear very clearly. I refuse to ever visit this DQ again. I do not treat people disrespectfully and I will not be disrespected as we were tonight. This place is not worth your time or money!!! We told her never mind we would go...

The last few time we went through the drive thru - the woman that made our Blizzards did a terrible job. She always has a bad attitude 😒. She needs to find another job.

The last time she left the shields they use to mix the Blizzards in both of our Blizzards. My daughters Blizzard was a chocolate brownie blizzard and it wasn't mixed up hardly at all. I had a banana split Blizzard and there about 3 pieces of a strawberry in the Blizzard, a little chocolate and that was it, no Bananasor pineapple, cherry, nothing else. They were both large Blizzards. We had to pull the shields out of our cups and threw them away.
