This is going to be a long post, so so sit back and relax. To the owner, if you keep telling people who are Caucasian to be patient and respectful, then we deserve the same back. I don't care if you are slow or busy at breakfast or lunch. Respect is to be given both ways. And whether busy or not, a professional business is to give a smile every single time, Respect, and deserved attention each one of us needs. Just because we are as nice to you, don't give you the right to speak rude of us in another language. Ever heard the customer is ALWAYS right? If not, learn it. When someone asks to have their food done a certain way because of being allergic to something, it should be done that way and not get mad about or argue about it. Employees are rude, disrespectful, and needs many years in training how to treat customers. We can be as polite as can be and still get rude comments from the employees. And the Owner needs to either get better employees that know how to treat customers, or go out of business until you get those employees. Employees at other restaurants are more professional and smile all day long are always in great moods, even when they have been busy for all of their shift. If the food and employees do not change, I promise you, I will find a way to make this company go out of business so that others will reap the benefits because they know how to treat customers and know how to cook their food and right for the customer. I doubt that the owner even acknowledged any of the bad reviews and taken them to heart and has done nothing to change for the better and now that I know Beto ORorke was there eating breakfast, you definitely have lost my business. I will definitely celebrate the day you go out of business so that no one else will have to experience what the rest of us have already experienced on the types of services we have received. Hopes this helps a lot of people and have a great blessed day! May God have mercy on this business and hopefully get a...
Read moreDon't waste your money here. This restaurant specializes in burritos yet they only serve you a tortilla with meat... what kind of ridiculous restaurant serves you just a tortilla with meat and calls it a burrito. A burrito at minimum should come with meat, rice, and beans. Cilantro and onions and salsa should be a free add on, which it is here. But they want to charge you to add rice and beans. Ridiculous. Never seen a burrito restaurant or any real Mexican restaurant do that. How the freak are you supposed to enjoy a burrito that isn't even dressed like a burrito. Just call it a giant taco at this point. Ridiculous. Just a money hungry grab at that point. Edit, for the owner: There's a reason Chihuahua burritos are not world famous like Jalisco or Tijuana burritos. It's because y'all only put meat on the burrito. Just say you're greedy and don't care about the customer and that's it 😃👍. Your burritos are not a fair price or of good quality compared to Canelo's Taqueria in town. And they're not greedy like you all. They actually put rice and beans and it tastes amazing. You should try their carne asada or al pastor. You can't go wrong. The only wrong thing is Chihuahuan restaurants that refuse to add rice and beans to burritos for free which is basically a standard everywhere else at REAL Mexican restaurants. Do...
Read moreI wanted to like this place. I walked in, and there was a set up like a cafeteria line! 4 women behind the counter welcomed me. Not the warmest of hellos, but a nice welcome none the less. I proceeded to order in Spanish. Mind you I'm pretty light skinned. They all giggled and started making my food. Not sure what was funny. Anyway, you have to PAY for hot sauce when you order chips. Crazy!!! It comes with a tiny to go size hot sauce. You have to put it on the burrito or your chips. You decide. They do have a small salsa bar that offers chopped white onions, green sauce, cilantro, and whatever ... I got 2 small cups that were empty for the salsa bar. Okay, fine. I picked onions and cilantro. I went to get a seat and this place was so tiny it was hard not to touch the chairs to each other. My hair literally got stuck on the chair behind me!!! It was wild .. Anyway, the burrito was okay. Nothing great. The meat was runny and greasy. The onions were fresh and good as well as the cilantro. As I left I said thanks, and nobody responded. It's okay, just not something I will rush back to. It's pretty pricey for...
