Consistently Old & Stale I have gone to this location on MANY occasions and it wasn't until the past year that I have started having old stale Pizza, can't get anyone on the phone for a call in order. Last week I called a pizza in so that it was fresh and when I picked it up it was old and dry. Called tonight the prime place an order no one answered the phone, again. I went by to see if it was open they were open, but no one answered the window. I went back around after seeing someone go through the drive-thru and tried to place an order and the young man told me they were out of dough and closed early. Where is the sign that says you closed early, while blinking the flouresant "OPEN" sign? This seems to be an ongoing habit at this location and it gets really old really quickly for a pizza chain that I absolutely love. 12-05-22 ordered another pizza giving another chance, order was completely wrong and fixed by someone who had long nails with black gunk under all 10 of them. 12-21-22 ordered at the window cause no one answers the phone again only to get cheesy bread that should have been fresh(if you've had cheesy bread you know the difference between fresh and old) and it was so hard when I drive it over with my tires, it retained its shape. Pizza was wrong too. After driving up and seeing all 4 men outside smoking when driving up and asking why the cheesy bread isn't fresh, being told IT IS as fresh as I gets. I am not giving this location another chance to screw up and allow me to pay for it. Still no one answered the phone.

I get to the location on Georgia and they cannot find my order so the young girl gets the manager the manager comes to the window and says they cannot find the order. I am showing her my confirmation and where it charged my card. She says well its not in my system and i am not giving you free food. I said its not free I already paid for it. She smirked at me and said its not in my system is what i am telling you. I said is there someone else I can speak to? She gave me the number to gina. Gina said she would contact the manager. I was given my order which was not correct. The young man that brought it out to me was rude and arrogant but when he is watching his manager treat customers like this what do expect. I had to go back in the store and get the pizza that was left out. The manager walks around the corner and says whats wrong now. This lady should be kept in the back away from people and should not be managing the trash can let alone impressionable teens. She is unprofessional, rude, and absolutely a not manger material! I ordered online for pick up, showed up and they didn’t have my order in the system. Fine. I left and came back with my email receipt. And showed them. Nothing. They said they couldn’t prove I’d paid unless it was in their system DESPITE the fact that I had a receipt. Went up there a third time and they would not even make our order with confirmation receipt showing my credit card and showing where the money has been taken from my bank account. Apparently this is their terms but we cannot find that in their terms anywhere online. Absolutely ridiculous, what business denies a customer with a receipt?! They told us the only way to dispute was to call corporate and try to get our money back which we can’t do until the next day.
