Went to get a late lunch today for family. We'll had to wait for approx 4min for food. Then after getting home opened bags and I was short a salad. So I called the # listed on the receipt. It doesn't go to the store which you'd think it would like other restaurants #'s do. This went to a customer srvc call entrance to see what they could do to make the error correct for your missing food on my order. Well they told me I will get an email I'm 2-3 days to compensate me for the missing salad. In the meantime if have to find something to eat while my other family members enjoy their Chick-fil-A food.    Read moreThe employees are very nice and the food is good as expectedâŚ..but the wait time is so long. Maybe the employees needed more training before opening. To wait right at the drive thru window for 15 minutes only to be told to then pull up and wait more. So, requested a refund and that was incorrect tooâŚthe young lady was polite but no apology from any managementâŚ. I would suggest waiting several more months to go here, maybe at the start of 2025 theyâll have it all together.    Read moreThe last few times we have ordered Chick-fil-A we have been disappointed we tried again today with no change. The quality of the food has gone down over the last year. I paid just under $15 for the new chicken strips combo meal and as you can see there was a pinhole in the bag of chips so the chips were like cardboard.
