Last night I when to my closest McDonald's that is this one like I always do on 715 Lakeside Dr. But last night I had the worst customer service I pull up the speaker the Mexican guy Immediately says "what do you want!! instead of how may I help you.. I tell him what I would like is the Coll meal cup? He immediately says no one has that no more so what do you want? I was ok I guess just take 2 #1's so we pull up to the window I pay and he gives me my drink and tells me move to the front?? Frist of all you post to tell us if it going to take time to do our meals is are choices if we wanna wait cus we are in a drive-thru cus some people are in hurry don't tells us after we pay... so anyways i tell him why no one is behind me on that time so he doesn't say anything close the window so am trying to put my drinks in the cup holder cus I had my other cups and then short Mexican female Supervisor Open the window and scream at me Move To The Front!!! Unacceptable unprofessional So I told her I was moving but can you wait and can you say please next time... And the same energy and attitude she had with me she should have it with the employees So that they moved lil faster Instead Trying to cheat the system of the timer.. so after 15/20mins of waiting the same guy comes up to the front to give me my food but he has a ugly Attitude on his face So at that point I want a refund I don't want to be served with somebody negafter at there own job duties.. I go inside to get My refund the supervisor is already on the phone with someone telling that person on the phone "I don't want to get in trbubble" but you know what you did? The time I was waiting for my refund The same guy it's back in the window and drop the bag that he was going to Serve another customer I immediately told him are you really gonna serve someone with that bad that you just drop on the your dirty floor? Thankfully the supervisor agree with me and make him throw it away but he came to my face twice saying "what you say ? what's up" so hood ghetto and unprofessional!!! This employees need to remember these days We have the right to go anywhere to go out and eat but we chose your business so give us some respect just like you accept our money... I mean, I get that it’s just McDonald’s, and you simply can’t expect much from a McDonald’s. But when you order a burger with mayonnaise, should the mayonnaise really be all on one side of the burger? For a word-wide multi-billion dollar company, and the way prices have gone sharply up in the last three years, could we at least expect some consistency? I didn’t ask for What-a-Burger quality. I understand that McDonald’s thing is to provide an average quality burger quickly. And I realize that employees of a McDonald’s don’t get the same salary I do as a truck driver (they certainly could if they made the same sacrifices I do and become truck drivers). And perhaps they’ve lost hope and simply don’t care and have no pride in their work. But the truth is that when I spend my money at an establishment, I’d really like to get decent service and a decent product. And if I can’t get that, then why on earth would I spend my hard earned money there? Yes, they corrected what they should have done right the first time. Read moreIf I was able to give them half of a star I would. They need to hire new kitchen staff, wait staff, & management who can run the shift correctly. One, there was unprofessional interactions between kitchen & management yelling back n fourth , while we attempted to order. Two, our order was wrong, brought it to their attention to have it prepared correctly, no apology. Our order was returned to us , still wrong. I asked for a refund for my personal meal, due to being too annoyed to eat, the food wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. My bf goes to take a bite of his bacon cheeseburger & I see that it is raw! Brought it to the counter & demanded a refund for his meal as well, still no apology. Management took his burger back to the kitchen to show them & they just laughed at her.
