China City Restaurant — Restaurant in American Falls

Terrible experience 2nd time in a row! Both times I was served the wrong thing and told it's what I ordered and if I wanted something else I had to pay for it. Yesterday we went and my order was wrong and after who I assume is the manager told me "no that's what you ordered" and said she can get me something else if I pay for it. A little irritated i agreed and carried on. She then decides it's her job to tell me EVERY single time she comes to our table that I need to remember what is what for next time and how I was the one who ordered the wrong thing. Normally a mistake is a mistake and I wouldn't care but for someone to make you feel like you dont know what the hell you are talking about for the 2nd time in a row AND to bring it up everytime she comes to your table not even caring but to basically tell you that you dont know how to order correctly. To top it off the food was gross. Everything had the same texture. Slimy. Never have I been to a chinese restaurant where all the food and sauce was basically the same no matter what you ordered. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! We’ll NEVER eat here again. The customer service was horrendous! We ordered 2 number 6’s to feed four @$13.99 apiece. And a side dish. The woman in the phone repeated the order back, TWICE! We didn’t get a receipt with our charge card so I called them after dinner, about 40 minutes later and found out they’d charged us $80!!! They said they gave us four dinners, not two. They didn’t! And said the side dish was $20!! They admitted it was their mistake($20 per person!) but said it was too late to fix unless we brought all the food back! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! My fiance and I stopped here on a cross-country road trip when he'd been craving Chinese food. Real talk: he loved his food, I loved my food, and service was great despite the fact that we showed up at 9 pm on a Tuesday. We would have given it five stars EXCEPT for the fact that I don't eat meat, and at the time of this review there was only one non-meat option that I could find on the menu (except for grilled cheese, but really, who goes to a Chinese restaurant for grilled cheese??).
