Falls Grill — Restaurant in American Falls

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to give a higher rating, and come back we will not be able to do either. We came in tonight with our two daughters and ordered two of the cheeseburger specials for them and falls burgers for myself and my wife. They didn't make the cheeseburger orders for our kids and then when we asked what happened the young lady had deleted them off our order because she wasn't listening when we told our daughter she couldn't have an ice cream right now that we would come back later for it. She insisted it was our fault and never apologized. This is the second time this has happened in the past 3 weeks coming here. We arrived in AF 3 weeks ago and have come a number of times each week. No more. When you get tired of hearing employees telling you they can't do something simple to make your burger without a bun, and when they say they are checking on your order only to walk by several times doing nothing about it, or when they just don't listen and cannot apologize...sorry, done.

I’m from Louisiana and traveled to ID for work. I decided to stop by here because I’m big on trying new places to eat. Especially hole in the wall places. I came here to get something to eat on my lunch break and I ordered a simple burger and fries combo and something to drink. I asked the person taking my order several times about their tea. I wanted to know if it was sweet or not. I repeated my question 4 times and it’s like I was being ignored. I decided to just get whatever and after I paid and got my food, I drove off and went back to my job to find out it was cold and fries weren’t cooked. I was highly disgusted. I came back and went inside this time and told the one of the employees that I needed my food remade. I placed my old food on the counter for them to see it and dispose of it so it can be remade however they completely ignored me. Other people came in and ordered their food with no problem. Overall the food was bland, service is ran by children who can careless about what a customer needs or wants, and food has zero taste. I don’t recommend...

Went in with husband for lunch about 2 months ago, wasnt going to post this so this is why review is way after the fact. I ordered a THIN chocolate shake as its difficult to drink otherwise. Employee doesnt like me & filled cup with straight ice cream thinking she was getting revenge or being cute. Then employee came with order & snarkily asked if shake was ok. I said sure cause I was afraid if I sent it back she would do something to it if she hadnt already. I got the last laugh as when I got home I actually got 2 shakes out of it. As long as she works there we wont be stopping there anymore, who knows what she would do to our meal!!! Discusting & uncalled for behavior from an employee who shouldnt be in a job dealing with the public if she cant put her feelings aside & do her job correctly. I'll make sure friends & family kno, dont go here if you associate with me, who knows what she'd do to thier meal!!! Its really to bad as the owners are such nice people & Ive promoted thier...
