The wine and spirits are way over priced. Having a couple glasses of wine can double your bill easily. Way out of line. While the food can be decent, and the service can be good or bad, depending, it's the tipping system that makes me reluctant to return. After one dines, the waiter sticks a credit card reader in your face with the 20% tip option pre-selected. The other options are 18% and 22%. If you want to tip 10%, which is the correct tip for decent service, or 15%, which is the correct tip for exceptional service, you have to take the device from the waiters hands, take time to choose "Other tip amount", type in your desired tip amount and then approve it. This is the 5th time we have gone and this will be the last time. We were there for 2 1/2 hours! It took a whole hour just for the server to take our food order. Each time she came to the table and we made a request, it would take 20-30 minutes to get it done. After we ordered our food, we didn’t see her for 30 minutes. She never came to check on us or let us know that the food was taking longer than expected. Other tables that came after us got their food way before we did. And when the food came, mine was cold. We have tried to give this restaurant a chance, we actually really like the food. But the service is beyond horrible. I’d give the service zero...

The wait staff seems new, so I suppose they'll get better. They certainly couldn't get worse.

I don't need the server rolling their eyes at my parents after they take their order. Then rolling their eyes again after my mom tried to make a little bit of conversation.

Also, if the three gossiping at the front spent less time doing that, maybe we wouldn't have been waiting 10 minutes trying to flag someone down. We had to eventually get up and ask for our bill.
