I have been here before and have always had a pleasant experience. I was excited to bring my mom there who was visiting from out of state and hyped up how good the food and everything was there. We sat down with 2 other tables of two people. Literally the smallest crowd I've seen in there for breakfast. Our young blonde server was slow and was too busy chatting with one other table of young girls. Anytime we needed her, my mom had to wave her down. My mom asked her 3 times for lemon in her water whicih was pretty simple. Silverware was not made available to us until after food was served and she never came back to check on us at all to ask how the food was, again, unless we waved her over. I ordered the Hawaiian sandwich which was featured on thick toast with pineapple, bacon, a burger patty, cheese and tomato. My mom ordered the sticky bun sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese on a sticky bun and we chose to share half of each. Her sticky bun sandwich was great. My sandwich came with not a piece of pineapple and one ridiculous piece of bacon. When I realized there was no pineapple, I called her over. She asked, would you like me to bring the pineapple to you or make a new sandwich. I said I'd like a sandwich since that is what I ordered. She brought it back, this time correct, and it was one silly ring of pineapple. I couldn't believe it. I thought the sandwich was absolutely pitiful and the server was somewhere in the clouds the whole time. I won't be back and I won't embarrass myself by taking anyone else there again. Such a shame because it used to be a...

Went for lunch with a friend, will never be back. As other reviewers have said, I am an ex-waitress and can forgive a lot in a server, but the service in this place is inexcusably terrible. The restaurant was not full and was not understaffed. Our young server did not greet us politely and did not provide her name. When I ordered an appetizer and asked for it to be prepared while my friend looked over the menu, the waitress went to put in the order for the appetizer and never came back. We waited twenty more minutes, during which the appetizer failed to arrive, before I went to the counter to ask when our entree order would be taken. I was told "we don't really do appetizers like that and I didn't know you were ready to order." If appetizers are on the menu then why don't the serving staff know how to serve them? After I complained the server never returned to our table, she let her manager bring our food and refill our drinks. Macaroni bites were bland and subpar (especially for the price) but I ate them because at that point we were starving. Fries were mediocre at best. Chicken sandwich was inedible, I took one bite and spit it out. The grilled chicken was rubbery and undercooked, and my friend found a hair on my plate and tried to discreetly brush it away so I wouldn't bring it to our very inattentive server's attention but by that point I was so disgusted I just wanted to...

We chose to try a visit to this place because of the higher rating on Google that had in comparison to other locations around it, but this is definitely an unappealing place that looks like it's in need of a desperate facelift.

It's an inline strip mall location, but immediately upon walking in, I noticed that it's very dark inside. And this is probably because more than half of the lights are either out or pinking out, where they don't provide much light at all. We are greeted immediately when we walked in, albeit was a greeting from the other end of the restaurant near the kitchen, with a server yelling at us that she can see us near the back of the restaurant. We were at just inside the front doors on the other end.

Is the atmosphere wasn't enough to deter us, the fact that they were charging very high prices for breakfast and other sides, in light of the dinghy atmosphere, was enough to make us almost walk out, but we ordered coffee to at least try their product before we did. The coffee is hot, and representative of normal diner quality coffee. Nothing to write home about.

If you're looking for a place to eat breakfast, I would probably skip this place and head down to a larger area like Reading, which is 20 minutes away, for some...

Absolutely Horrible. Weird atmosphere, food was not good, and it was not clean. Ordered a caramel latte, not even sure it had anything but milk in it. Pork roll was thin and burnt, no chicken salad in the wrap - all lettuce, barely any meat in the cheese steak wrap, overdone toast, the list could go on. We are not a family that is picky or looking for a way out of our bill. We paid our $75 bill and tipped accordingly. The waiter was very nice and helpful, but the meal was absolutely trash. On top of that there was a roach by our seats on the floor. Don't believe the Facebook photos and Don't waste your time.
