Ordered vegetarian nachos. Order repeated and confirmed at Drive through. They put beef on our vegetarian nachos. So disappointed when we got home and our supposed meat free meal included meat. Called the store. The person answered the phone and I explained what happened. They yelled to their supervisor " this person wants to talk to you because there was beef on their nachos haha " supervisor laughed it off but offered refund. Barely an apology like no big deal. It should be treated as any other food request or allergy. They don't know the reason for not wanting meat and to be basically laughed at and condescended to by even the manager is unacceptable. Took that refund and won't be back. Ruined dinner. The attitude of employees for their mistake was more upsetting. If I order certified vegetarian from the menu it should be vegetarian. What if it said certified gluten free or peanut free and they messed up and I gave it to my child with an allergy or ate it myself without knowing? At least it wasn't life threatening but please do better. My food preferences are not a joke.Employees need better training and manager too. Especially if something is advertised as certified vegetarian. Mistakes happen but don't laugh about it like it's no big deal...
Read moreGot the chalupa box again. Ordered on the screen inside this time so my order wouldn’t be wrong. I ordered everything chicken and some special sauces, so that’s extra money. My chalupa only came with chicken again, and they gave me both of the same sauces even though I ordered two different ones. Swapped the nacho crunch for the reaper ranch. They gave me the nacho crunch anyway. This is the second time I’ve been here, and this is the second time my order’s wrong. Would’ve stayed to have them fix it, but I had to get to work. Said excuse me twice to two female employees and they didn’t answer me bc they were engaged in some chitchat. Finally said excuse me for a third time loudly and sadly rudely bc I was getting too frustrated at this point. I will most likely not be coming back to this Taco Bell. You sell the product that you clearly need utensils to eat but you have no utensils in which to eat it with at with? How pathetic is this location? They said they have been out of utensils for several days. My point is if you know you do not have utensils And somebody orders something that you clearly need utensils to eat, freaking common sense tell the customer that you have no utensils do they still want to order that product!
