Compliments to the chef for their exquisite pastry! I’m picky when it comes to croissants and pastries, but all of these are consistently phenomenal.
Staff are welcoming, pleasantly talkative, and very helpful!
•Goat Cheese & Pesto Croissant 5/5: the combo of ingredients is perfect. This is a showstopper; soft inside, crispy exterior, delish!
•Roasted Red Pepper Croissant, 5/5: this is tied with the pesto goat cheese - try both! Again, this combo of roasted red pepper and cheese is another must try.
•Ham & Cheese Croissant 4/5.
•Chocolate Canolli 4.25/5: ends are tipped with mini dark chocolate chips, stuffed with whipped cream, and hint of cinnamon. Nice pastry, crunchy, flavorful. I’ve tried cannoli a few times, but never liked it. Now that I’ve tried this, I know it can be good!
•Lemon Square 5/5: lemon lovers, your dream dessert awaits! Not too sweet with the perfect amount of tartness.
•Raspberry & Cream Cheese Danish, 5/5.
•Red Velvet Cupcake & Cream Cheese Icing, 3.5/5: the icing’s the highlight (IMO). If you’re a red velvet fan, you’ll love this.
•Chocolate Ganache Cupcake 4.25/5: holy chocolatey richness, Batman! Intense chocolate flavor, yet not too sweet. The icing’s fudgy and rich; I’d suggest sharing.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend True North Bakery and I will...
