What an awesome lunch experience we had today! We stopped in for a late lunch at 230p and Larry recommended the chicken salad for our first time. My brother and I both ordered it were not disappointed, both in size, quality and presentation. He then surprised us with a nice Parmesan with focaccia toast after the salad which was lovely. Finally, as Larry is also a pastry chef, he also comp'd us with a sweet chocolate delight to end our meal. All of this for under $10 each! Every bite was perfection! The chicken curry empanada was flaky on the outside, warm on the inside, and super tasty. It was perfectly cooked. The pastrami sandwich could not have had a better balance of flavors. It was complex without being overwhelming. Every ingredient was fresh and well planned. The desserts here are super yummy too. This place is amazing, and co-owner Virginia is cool as hell. Every time I've gone in, I'm handed delicious samples of things while I wait for my sandwich. The food is fantastic, the price is affordable, the energy is amazing. If you're around this shop for lunch, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
