Exit Game OC - Escape Room — Attraction in Anaheim

As a semi seasoned escape room enthusiast, I was delighted to discover "The Exit Game" in OC. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was no ordinary escape room. The owners, a charming couple with a passion for these games, have clearly put their extensive knowledge and experience into creating an exceptional experience with a twist of comedic relief and come on…who doesn’t love satire. ;)

The creative puzzles were both challenging and rewarding, keeping my friends and I on our toes throughout the entire experience. And the good energy from staff during! It was infectious and kept me motivated to solve every puzzle thrown my way, even though it was super dim and I didn’t have my glasses or Contacts haha I got through it with a little tip from our host. But what really set "The Exit Game" apart was the attention to detail and the unique style of the game making some Pun at the community in all good fun. Making this a great room for novices and experienced escapers!

The staff and owners were not only helpful and accommodating but genuinely fun to be around, we found it hard to exit the convo because we were geeking out on escape rooms all over the US. Their enthusiasm for the game was infectious, and they made sure each participant had a memorable experience with pictures to go home with. This mom-and-pop shop is a true gem and I cannot recommend it enough!

If you're looking for an escape room that will challenge your wits while captivating your imagination, and a wonderful team to guide you through it, "The Exit Game" is the perfect destination. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed but I will if you don’t- as I rarely write reviews and did so because I genuinely loved the team there & had one of the best times....

Calling all escape room enthusiasts to this one!

After having done approximately 160 escape rooms it's rare that I find a room with a theme or setting I haven't yet seen. Exit Game's "13th Basement" definitely surprised me in a way that put a big smile on my face!

Jeremiah was a wonderful game master. You can tell that he and Christine are passionate about escape experiences and are extremely experienced. Somehow, they've managed to create an escape room that's both enjoyable for newcomers and absolutely delightful for the enthusiasts with hundreds of games under their belt. This is a very clever game that I have no doubt any escape room aficionado will adore.

For those of you looking for a bit more information to decide whether this game fits your crew: I did it with just my wife but can imagine a group of four enjoying this as a team. The theme is both horror and comedy with some fun surprises! It's not too scary, so don't worry if you're the anxious type. The puzzles are a mixture of thinking puzzles and physical puzzles, which makes it a nicely-varied experience. Oh, and if you sometimes will only do an escape room if you're already in the area, this one is definitely worth the drive.

Such a fantastic venue! Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you were kidnapped and told if you can get out i will let you go or else you are mine..... like a real life saw movie without all the pain and suffering or so you think 🤔. Its a fantastic twist of reality vs immersive horror and suspense. How to free yourself from the torture chamber ♡ so many fun little twists and turns that you think you are almost there. Incredible game play and game masters help really immerse you into the experience of a lifetime. To set design that is well put together and fantastic to solve. Not for the weak of heart as there are loud noises and some jump scares. No live actors ♡ have to be ok with being separated and blind folded. Best part is that it is extremely accessible for anyone who cant crawl or wheel chair bound. Wide open spaces. Everything with reaching distance without strain. Just an absolutely fantastic game play. One of the best ways to try a not so scary but scary room. Great suspense with a dash of humor 😀 would highly recommend this venue especially now that they have opened a family friendly cat game. Can't...
