I was craving meat really badly, like "I gotta have it or I'm gonna have a tantrum" badly, and then I discovered Imperial Thai Cuisine.
I'll admit, I'm a huge fan of Siam Savory just a couple of streets down, so I had never gone to this restaurant prior to my discover. But when I had my insatiable meat craving, I found that this Thai restaurant was the only one in the neighborhood that actually sold beef satay!
The restaurant itself is fairly small and only has 12 four-tops total. The decor is very homely and cozy and since they do accept take out orders, Yelp's Eat 24 and Door Dash are two apps you can use to place your orders. I simply placed mine over the phone and promptly got my order within the ten minute quote I was given.
The beef satay was delicious! It's made to order so you know it's fresh. The cucumber salad was very refreshing (though I wish they had more of it) but their peanut sauce is a miss--I've certainly had better. Read moreI have grown up near this place my whole entire life. My church is located walking distance from this place. I think since its near Hibachi Steak House that it gets lost. Its a very dainty and quite place to eat if you are looking for small but delicious food. However there take out and to go services are amazing as well. I would suggest getting the dried chili and cashew-nut nut chicken that dish is perfected to the max. Also if you need to have a refreshing item that would have to be the papaya sals hands down. The best part about the dishes is that you can set the range of spiciness every-time, love how this place is close to home and is a delicious...
Read moreWith a few good reviews, i was enthusiastic to give this place a try for our weekly Thai family dinner. We normally get our Thai from two other places in the area. We ordered a Tom Yum soup, that both, my husband and my daughter normally love, and they didn't like it at all, saying that it just tasted "weird". Chow Mein that my daughter normally likes was blend and too greasy. It had very large chunks of tofu, rather than the normal bite-size pieces we are accustomed to. Pad Thai that i ordered was also lacking in flavor, and tasted more like rice noodles in brown sauce, lacking both sweetness and tangy flavor. Positive: The decor inside the...
