Mexican Food - Albertos — Restaurant in Anaheim

I have had nothing but problems with this place they have called the police on me just because they messed up my orders when there's certain things I cannot eat because I'm allergic to it I ended up getting a allergic reaction five times because this restaurant call Alberto messed up my orders and literally meant to do it on purpose so I consider if you are a person that needs special orders because you're allergic to certain things do not go to this place unless you want to end up in the hospital because they can't get orders right and then when customer goes to take something back because it's not right they get mad until the customer not to come back or they'll call the police where is the justice and love and our people today have we forgotten our people what is going on today you tell me I hope that people one day learn how to have compassion to listen to people especially when it comes to orders and certain foods that they can't have because some people are allergic to some foods and now I have ended up sick many of times because of them I would not recommend this place take my word for it there is no love for people at all where is the compassion of thy brother and my sister aren't we supposed to cover our brothers and our sisters and take care of each other like family we're not despising disgrace against people it's just not right in every way this place has rudely stroke me to the ground all I can do is pray that they will learn how to have customer service for others and more kindness and loving and learn how to treat others like family but I do want to talk to her about where we are all of One and I hope if you're reading this...

When it comes to Mexican food, I definitely put this on the top of my list. From what it appears, this is a family owned business as I noticed the gentlemen (Owner?) will have his son or daughter in the kitchen helping out. To start, lets talk about food in general. Very high quality and fresh, sauces inside are fresh and red sauce is amazing. What I really enjoy about this place is their Carne Asada Fries.

My old go to spot used to be Los Alazanes, Albertos (Valley View and Lincoln), Sabrosada, and so far nothing compares like good ol' Albertos on Knott and Orange. Everything is cooked to perfection, no crunchy, burnt, hard Carne Asada, no overdone fries, and best of all, they don't burn tortillas.

Now the food is not only great, but so is the service. I remember one morning I got off work to get some grub. I got there just about right when they opened (8 AM), a line had formed. this gentleman (again, Owner?) began taking orders and my god! This gentlemen has the memory of a computer! He literally took 5 different orders by himself, nothing written down, mesmerized all the special instructions of each order, and yet cooked everything to perfection despite being the only one in the kitchen. I never been so blown away by such.

If you're debating about eating here, DO IT! You won't be disappointed. Out of the thousands of times I ate here, never have I once told myself, "Damn I feel like I should of ate...

I've been here before an I promise it was nothing like it is now the people helping kept having to relay what I was saying in Spanish it didn't bother me until after all that talking I ordered super nachos and super fries with extra meat when I tell you they played me out of 9$ for extra meat I promise I can'take this up they plates look like the super fries an super nachos I always buy with no extra meat.. Which means after me asking over an over are you sure that's extra meat an them saying yes we got regular ass nachos an it pissed me off because I'm not normally this angry but I asked an you assured me I don't not recommend this place to any one even if your rich an can afford to waste some money....Just throw it in the air. 💯 This order of super nachos an super fries both with extra meat came up to 39$ from...
