Luckman Coffee — Restaurant in Anderson Township

Ive been going here for about 7 years now very consistently, my only complaint is how the drive through line is set up, common sense would say that it wraps around the building instead of blocking the entrance to the complex yet when i showed up for coffee today 2 cars where just sitting in the middle of the entrance to the parking lot trying to cut in "line" when clearly me and 3 other cars had the correct line formed parallel to the building. They where not only blocking people from coming in but also blocking people from getting around the lot and leaving it which is honestly a safety hazard. This happens fairly consistently as well, some cones or lines on the lot would probably help this situation, or maybe not because those people just dont care about others anyway. The coffee and staff is great though and hopefully something can be done to rectify this potential safety hazard/inconvenience before an emergency vehicle gets blocked from leaving the entrance because a patron was too lazy to drive an extra .2 miles...

We had heard about Luckman Coffee so when my son & I were in the area this morning we stopped in. This place is a dump! There was only one person working & she was extremely sweet, but overworked. There was a group of 7 women there who appeared to be regulars. They were very complimentary about her.

We came to eat & was told the grill was broke & there was only 1 roll - nothing else to order. The men's bathroom was out-of-order, so we had to use the women's which had no paper towels. There were quite a few drive through/take out orders, but they did not see how bad the place looked with broken items and peeling paint on the walls. It was dirty. The Health Department should be called.

Previously we went to the Luckman Coffee on Beechmont at the bottom of the hill. It was just the opposite. The place was nicer, but the people working there were not.

Coffee was good and the girl working was very friendly BUT…im leaving this review for the ones who only go through the drive through! We went here today for the first time and it is filthy inside! It looks like they haven’t wiped counters or swept in weeks. Remnants of fall decor still laying on the counter by the coffee pot just shows they haven’t wiped it in forever. The paper towel holder was hanging off the wall in the bathroom. (An easy fix) A dog came inside while we were there (which was fine we love dogs) but there was hair everywhere on the rug where the dog clearly comes in all the time and they don’t vacuum it up. But if you’re going to have dogs come in I think vacuuming should be a priority.
