Whatever you do, do NOT order for carry out. I made an order through the app on Christmas Eve at 4PM for 3 Pizzas. 3 basic pizzas. Set them to be picked up at 6:30PM, When I pull up to the store I get a notification my order was out and ready to be picked up. Drive through girl said it was almost ready and loop back around. Did this twice, now it’s 7 O’clock. I go in to sit in wait. every 10 minutes someone asked for names to check for orders being ready. I stood up because I really didn’t know what was going on, a younger dark hair female on the line boxing food yelled across the store that there was no order under my name so she didn’t know why I was waiting. Now it is almost 8, I show my phone to the girl at the front (same person that was working drive through) the order on my phone with the pizza tracking saying it was COMPLETED. She looked through all the receipts to try and find what the issue was. This was the only employee that actually tried to help, she called a manager to the front where both went through receipts, the computer, my phone with previous order information to find out someone else was given my order 2 hours ago right as I was pulling up. The manager I spoke to put in for mine to be remade and bumped to the top of the list.
I’m patient, i’ve worked retail, it’s a big holiday coincidentally it’s the coldest it’s been in decades so there’s power outages, which means some places are not open putting my stress on them. But being yelled at with a nasty attitude ACROSS the store? That’s when I should have said to send my money back, keep whatever food they had and head on my way. Don’t do it, it’s not worth it. Read moreWe normally have no problem with them. Tonight however, we are very disappointed. We ordered our usual. A large pizza, cheesy bread, and lava cakes. The order arrived without cheesy bread. The total was enough for our 3 items, but the sticker only said 2 items. We called about it and was put on hold SEVEN times. They kept answering and thinking I was a different customer so I was immediately put back on hold. Finally after talking to an employee and a manger we were given the odered of bread for the price of a delevery charge. Which was ridiculous that we should have to pay for another delivery when it was their mess up. Of course now we are waiting to finish the meal. We were assured they would deliver it quickly, but as of now we have been waiting 45 minutes when the 1st order only took 30 minutes. This is all has been about a 2 hour process just for some pizza. Papa John's will be our new go to.
Edit** I originally gave 2 stars. I just bumpped it down to 1. We called back since the food has now been ordered for over an hour. Spoke with an employee and he said the drive left 20 minutes before our order was made. So, the driver doesn't have our food, right? Asked for the manager AGAIN. She answered and responses "if it isn't there if 15 minutes call back" and proceeds to hang up on us. How is it going to be here of the driver doesn't have it??? Literally the worst customer service. I was attemping to feed my family. But I had to make my daughter some food because it was well passed her bedtime at this point. She doesn't eat pizza and she is the one that always orders the cheesy bread....Talk about a...
Read moreI’m not sure what’s happened to this location. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve noticed its decline but after my last experience I will not be back. I ordered online which told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before going to pickup because suddenly the Tracker couldn’t find my order. The young girl at the window told me they were running behind and it would be 20 more minutes. I said well what am I supposed to do? Her reply was I guess you can come back in 20 minutes. As if people have nothing else to do than come back and forth to their store. So I drove off. I waited 30 minutes before going back yet again just to be sure that the 20 minutes she told me would be enough time. After sitting behind two cars I get to the window, I say hi I’m back and tell her my name again. She comes back and says it’s gonna be 20 more minutes. I couldn’t believe this was happening at this point. I said that’s what you told me 30 minutes ago. By now it’s been nearly two hours since I placed the order. I said just give me my money back. She says ok it’ll be back in your card in 3-7 days. I had to ask for some type of receipt showing the refund. When I get home and look at the slip she gave me, it is nothing but a paper with the word void on it. This is the most disappointing place to order from. You have so many competitors and so many complaints. Whoever own this location you are loosing your business...
