Was here opening day. They ran out of chicken… a popular meat option but it was busy. Gave them grace as they’re new and it was opening day. Showed up right away this morning a week or 2 later. They only had 3 meat options available- no regular chicken again and the rest of their food was also not available, it was like the whole staff got there 20 minutes prior to opening. I asked them when the regular chicken was going to be ready, the guy said another 10’minutes… at 11am when they open at 10:45. A family of 4 walked out and an older gentleman walked out because none of their food was ready at open. No guacamole. No salsa. No peppers and onions. Half their meats. No sense of urgency by staff when a customer is standing there for 15 minutes after open and food isn’t ready. Left at 11am with no food as the chicken was still not ready, no salsa, no guacamole. Went across the street to McDonalds. And the guy when I walked in just quietly said what meat they had available (but he didn’t point out the rest of their condiments that were also not available) and didn’t even apologize or seem embarrassed that a customer is standing there and their food isn’t ready. This is bad. We need restaurants like this in this area and this is...
Read moreI’ve been to chipotle many times, in MInnesota and other states. The amount of meat, beans, etc you get is about 1/2 what other chipotles give. Being chintzy on beans? REALLY?? I had to ask for more, and only a few more beans were added. Even after I asked for more beans, I would estimate it to be about 1/2 a spoon. I won’t be returning unless they get up to standards with portion size. There are many other ones I can bring my business to. Also a concern is it seems the employees couldn’t care less about customers standing for 5 minutes waiting to pay. One person was making the bowls/burritos and no one was there to take your money. A woman in front of me waited for a good 5 minutes to pay and no one seemed to notice or care. I certainly hope the owner of this new chipotle pays attention to all the negative reviews and does something to shape this place up! This is a brand new location and it isn’t looking too...
Read moreThis is the 4th time at this location. We gave them a pass the first couple times as they were new and I know how hard it is when you’re just starting out. That said, this was the worst experience at a restaurant. It was filthy to start with, the staff was not friendly and acted like we were bothering them by being there. We got our food and I tasted a chip when we got in the car and it was burnt. We went back in and the next several bags were burnt as well so they gave us the money back. We got home and sat firm to eat and the food was awful! Rice tasted rancid, some of the peppers were burnt to total blackness and some were barely cooked at all. The guacamole tasted awful, VERY salty. We brought it right back. The manager could not have cared less. It did not seem like anyone working there cared about their job. I would stay away from this location. I love chipotle but this location needs some work, to...
