Starbucks — Restaurant in Andover

I’m so glad a Starbucks came to our town. Every employee I’ve encountered has been exceptional with customer service: looks you in the eye, smiles and seems genuine when they say “thank you, have a great day!” And is very nice. I think many of us of a certain age are well aware of how much excellent, or even good, customer service has been drastically missing from many industries for many years. Please continue to enforce this importance in all employees, this makes a huge difference that a lot of people don’t realize. No one wants to go to environment where the service is rude and horrible, doesn’t acknowledge the customer or slams the drive thru window in your face. Without the customer paying, a company will not survive and there are no jobs for employees.

The store is still new and training employees, so far my drinks have been good. I got an iced flat one day- pretty sure they didn’t put 4 shots in it like they’re supposed to (I could tell by the color and the taste). Work on whip cream skills… a young lady was training early morning a couple weeks ago and my drink turned out fantastic. overall I’m happy to help this store be successful and pray the service doesn’t tank. Came home to visit my hometown, super excited to hear there’s a Starbucks right by my parents house. Stopped through the drive thru, super friendly staff, drink came out very quickly, and it was delicious!! I usually get a shaken espresso and about 4/10 times it tastes watered down and not good, but I’m happy to say that they absolutely nailed it!! Will definitely be coming to this Starbucks whenever I’m in town, because they seem to actually be interested in giving good service and good...

New store close to home so we had to check it out! It was super busy, but the staff was hustling to get drinks out as fast as they could. While we waited quite a while, we didn’t mind because we understood it was new and the baristas were doing their best to get everyone’s order out. So for those mad about the wait - give them a break!! The atmosphere is super nice, lots of seating and a nice patio for our doggies (and their pup cups!) Drinks were great and consistent with other stores....
