I looked up the phone number for andrews location on Google and it took me to the website and I hit the call icon. Little did I know that it wasn't the intended andrews location it was georgetown. I didn't realize this till I showed up at the andrews location to pick up my family's dinner. Time was 9:00 pm, I hurried up and called the gtown location and told the young lady what had happened and I didn't want to stick them with a $125 order so I was gonna send someone to pick up the order in gtown before they closed at 10. I asked the young lady to please please check the order and make sure I get everything I ordered. So I asked her to add two bottles of ranch bringing the total to $148 and change. I sent a friend of mine to pickup this order and I bribe him $50 to do this for us because we're starving and love Tonys food! My friend arrive back at our place at 10:15 pm and I'm missing two gallons of tea and the two bottles of ranch. I tried to call both stores and there's no option to get anywhere after close or leave a message. I love Tonys food and my family does as well, I just can't understand why this order cost me $148 and change and 50 tip for my friend to door dash this order and I specifically asked the young lady 2 times to please make sure we got everything and she dropped the ball!!!! Ugggg. No answering machine, uggggg!!!! I'm pretty disappointed , it was a small thing to ask especially when I didn't stick them with the order. Now how can Tonys right this? Have someone drive from gtown to andrews to bring the rest of my order tomorrow? That would only be fair!!! My order number was 376. Thanks, let's see how good the throughput on the issue...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I are new in town and we were excited to try a new pizza joint. Unfortunately we greeted with a miserable girl who you could barely understand because her mumbling and misery just bled into the atmosphere as she mumbled how little Cesarās is driving them out of business. But whatever we still wanted to try the pizza. We waited for our pizza to be done, and we embarrassingly missed the sign that said no dine in.
Our pizza was done and our name was called, my husband got up right away to retrieve our food, and the girl barked at him that he didnāt shout back that he was getting up when she announced our pizza was done. We then go sit back down and eat (again we totally missed the no dine in sign) and my husband gets back up and ask for plates. Both staff members were ignoring us, and when he asked again the girl snapped and said āIāll help you when I get to youā mind you she wasnāt doing anything else. The other girl turns around and explained to him thereās no dine in service, my husband apologized and said we will go if you want and she rudely replied āyeah you can leaveā
As we were leaving to get in the car, both girls were pointing at us and you can clearly see they were talking about us.
Needless to say they were beyond in-polite miserable rude people and we will not be going back, we can see why little Cesarās is running the place out of business - again the miserable girl at the counter words - not ours. Mind you, we are from New Jersey, the land of the rude, and something weāre use too. So itās pretty darn bad that they were that rude to the point it actually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online order for two large sandwiches, loaded potatoes, and 24 wings. After waiting about an hour for my order to be ready, I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee who responded to my inquiry about the order in a very sarcastic and dismissive manner. She asked for my name and order details, then turned away without providing any update or estimated wait time.
After waiting another 30 minutes inside the restaurant, I approached the counter again to ask about my order. The same employee responded rudely, saying that it takes an hour to cook 24 wings and that it would be āfive more minutes.ā Her tone was aggressive and unprofessional.
Approximately 10 minutes later, she handed me my order. Another employee came from the back, noticed I had been waiting a long time, and confirmed that my order was ready. The first employee mentioned she had added a cheesecake āfor the wait,ā but as I left, I could hear both front employees laughing, which made the situation even more disrespectful.
When I got home, I discovered that the wings were half-cooked, which is unacceptable and unsafe to eat.
Issues Encountered:
Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from staff Excessive wait time (over 1 hour and 30 minutes total) Undercooked food (wings not fully cooked) Lack of communication and...
