This location is convenient for me on my way home from work & I used to come here a lot so I could use my app & get rewards but I can't take it anymore.
The wait is horrendous no matter what time of day. I understand that this is probably a really busy location, so I'm willing to extend some grace, but it's about a 40 minute wait minimum every single time regardless of whether you're going through the drive-thru or picking up inside. Mike & another gentleman are the only competent staff members I've run into & they know how to continue to provide excellent customer service during their busiest times.
I usually always go through the drive-thru when I go to this location, but one time recently, I decided that I wanted to pick my order up in the store. I tried to update my pick-up location in the app but I was having a hard time so I went inside the store & saw Mike. I talked to Mike & he was either going on break or leaving for the day, so he notified his team members that I wanted to pick-up inside before leaving. I waited for about 30 minutes, which is standard at this location so I didn't think anything of it, but I decided to check in just in case there was a miscommunication. I went to the counter & when I finally got someone's attention, I asked about my order. They grabbed my order for me which appeared to be ready for me at the drive-thru. I didn't complain at all because I understood that there might have been a miscommunication. However, the young woman working the drive-thru took it upon herself to engage me directly & tell me that it was ready for me at the drive-thru because that's the option that I had selected in the app. I can't tell you how angry this made me. Before you decide to get sassy with customers & try to tell them that they are at-fault, you should probably know the situation first. But that's too much to ask for from anybody working here because nobody at this location knows anything & always walk around aimlessly like they are confused. This isn't the last time that I went to this location, but it definitely...
Read moreI work just down the street from this Taco Bell location. All of my coworkers and I frequent this establishment multiple times a week. I felt compelled to write this review because all of us were talking about customer service this morning while waiting to start our jobs. We got on the subject about how much of a difference it’s makes in our day to go through a drive thru and meeting someone extremely nice and pleasant on the other end of the speaker. Believe it or not it doesn’t happen often, so when the customer service hero on the other end of the speaker is super nice, in a good mood, and you can hear the smile in their voice as they’re taking your order, it just immediately puts you in such a pleasant mood yourself. Almost all at the same time all of my coworkers and I said “HAVE YOU NOTICED THE TACO BELL DRIVE THRU!?” And all of us raved to each other about how no matter what time of day, how busy it is there, or any other outside source that would normally put other places employees in a bad mood, this Taco Bell’s staff is ALWAYS SOOOOOO FRIENDLY AND UPBEAT! All of us have said that we actually look forward to our encounters with the drive thru staff and how they do an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Considering the conversation we had and how all of us agree that this Taco Bell location is absolutely fantastic, I thought this should be shared. We want to give credit where credit is definitely due and we want to thank this Taco Bell location for their constant hard work and their overall awesomeness. Thank you everyone at Taco Bell for always making your neighbors smile every single...
Read moreThe manager of this place should be highly praised. Although I have lived in USA more than 39 years my Korean accent always makes my English not well understood by others. I tried to order a pack of cinnamon twist. The manager (I think) took the call for drive through, and I ordered it but he could not understand several times. I tried few more times and became really frustrated. Then the manager asked his coworkers there to be quiet to listen me better. After several more attempts, he finally understood it. I could have been so embarrassed and disappointed but he was so kind and instead said he was sorry for not understand me. Then, he just gave two of the cinnamon twist packs for free. As America is suffering anti-Asian hate crimes now, I just recalled this episode which happened while ago (3/16/2021). I am really grateful for his kindness and responsibility. If I were in his position, I would probably gave up taking the order. But he tried again and again very patiently and respectable manner maybe more than 10 times. I should have left this review right after that day but it was delayed so much. I could certainly felt that he tried his best not to discourage me and as we are facing Asian hate crime issues, I am hoping everyone is like him to accept different cultures and people of color would make America much more livable and highly respectable nation... Thank you very much for...
