I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received from your restaurant . As a loyal consumer , I have always expected and experienced a high standard of service, but my recent encounter has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the issue I had with your owner .I contacted them regarding a problem I was facing with one of your dishes and instead of receiving prompt and helpful assistance, I was met with indifference and unprofessionalism. The owners wife I spoke to seemed disinterested in my concerns and provided vague and unhelpful responses. This lack of empathy and knowledge was highly disappointing, especially considering the reputation your restaurant holds for not only canutillo but Anthony in customer service.

Furthermore, the kindness and love for my recent order was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying for overpriced ingredients my food arrived several hours later than promised. Not only did this inconvenience me greatly, but it also caused significant disruption to my plans I had with this company as a catering event I had in the future. When I reached out to your team to inquire about the possibility of turning it around , I was met with excuses and a complete lack of accountability. It is unacceptable for a company of your stature to fail in delivering on its promises.

Lastly, the quality of the food itself was far below my expectations. The drinks and food I received was sloppy and did not match the description huan health and services requires on their website. This indicates a lack of quality control and attention to detail on your part. As a customer, I should be able to trust that the food and drinks … I purchased from your company will never meet tha overprommised the advertised standards.

Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with your company's level of service. As a top gastronomy customer who has consistently supported local business and restaurants, I believe it is only fair that you address these issues promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by putting a restriction order on me for speaking my opinion.

I hope that you take this letter seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar ordeal as the previous service I have had with this company in this astonishingly unpleasant experience.

They put my family and I outside because they didn’t have “space”. Given the fact that it was windy and cold. A family came in right after us and as soon as they greeted them they said they had a table saved for them. After being outside for fifteen minutes, we were finally attended. One meal out of six orders was brought out twenty minutes after being seated. We were forgotten and not attended again. My family member had to walk inside to ask for condiments for that one meal. The waitress came back after almost an hour to ask if they had brought us our food and we had said no. We waited a total of two hours since the minute we were seated and decided to just get the ticket because the waiting time for the food was ridiculous. We asked if they can just charge us for the meal that was served. The man told us that we will still be charged for the rest of the meals because they already had started “cooking” it. We paid $100 for meals that weren’t served to us. Everyone seated after us had already eaten and left. The wait was ridiculous on top of that they didn’t want to give us for what was asked. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Service was horrendous and wait time for our food was outrageous. My group and I waited 2+ hours for our food. This restaurant was not busy for us (a group of 5) to wait as long as we did to be seated. After a time period of 45 minutes we were placed outside in the cold. Our orders were not taken until 20 minutes after we were seated. We ordered and our food was not given to us until 2 hours later. Many people came and went and we finally went inside to ask what was taking so long. Our group decided to pay for the drinks and leave but we were told we could not because our food was “almost” ready. In all sincerity, save your time and money.
