Thieves! Do not go to this place! I went yesterday to get information on some phones and upgrades and left without purchasing anything. Within an hour I got an alert on my phone thanking me for a tablet purchase. I never purchased a tablet. I immediately returned to the store to find out what was going on. The lady at the store denied having to do anything with it but I had not gone to any other store or gave my information to any other person. After some discussion with her she took purchase off. She still denied having anything to do with it but it was obvious it was her.I wonder how many other people she had done this to. The purchase was made with cash for down payment and it only raised my total phone bill by a few dollars so I may have not noticed it if not...

I was mislead into a contract they didnt honor. I paid upfront 87 dollars to switch over from another cell phone company. Since i didnt want the free phone they where offering they said i could have the first month free and use my same phone. The month came up and guess what i find out i had to pay. I had no free month. They didnt honor it. I went back to the dealer. Sergio admitted to offering a free month. They said Sergio the employee had made a mistake by offering a free month. And well pretty much they couldnt do anything about it. And they werent going to honor it. All they said was they will write sergio up. I asked how does that bebefit me. They said sorry it doesnt. Meanwhile i paid 87 dollars for one month service. Will never again have...

I've been with Metro PCS for over 1 1/2 years. Never have I been as disappointed with Metro as the day of my 1 year anniversary. Customer Service over the phone over recorded calls had assured me that after a year of service my my Samsung galaxy SM-A146U would be accepted as a trade in and replaced with a new one. As long as I paid for a new flex plan activation. Unfortunately I had been misinformed by customer service, a new phone is only available after 1 year service on a flex plan. Why would I choose to pay not $85 for my current unlimited service for phone and home internet. So I could pay $135 for the same service on there new flex plan? Good luck...
