I had to update my review because the Jack in the Box on Lone Tree has managed to actually get worse. Of the last 6 times I went there, I ordered chicken strips (what can I say my son's a picky eater). Twice they had no ranch. No ranch??? That's the most popular sauce so I returned the whole order and went to the one on Hillcrest, plenty of ranch (and they aren't a**oles) about charging for dipping sauce like the one on Lone Tree. I understand that people scam and so fine, hold them accountable but when 2 orders of chicken strips cones to $23 and I want 5 ranches, I've already paid for them. And they used to be so smug how they were better than McDonald's which says it charges for extra sauce but the one on Lone Tree never has charged me. And then the next time I went, they didn't even have the chicken strips! Once again, the Hillcrest location to the rescue. I'm now just trying to avoid Jack in the Box but if you are going to go, at least use the one on Hillcrest. An employee at the one on Lone Tree was terrified when giving me dipping sauce because he said the manager there is obsessed with making they make even more money off of food that is way over priced in the first place. Maybe she should focus on this very obscure concept called CUSTOMER SERVICE!

i didn’t got the chance to see his badge name, cus he took off his uniform right after when I paid for my order. It’s my first time in awhile i ordered in jack in the box and got out off my 8 hour of shift at work and was hungry and starving, and being disrespected it’s the last thing that i needed. i understand that there was a language barrier and i admit my mistake that i did somehow confused him, but with him responding saying “whatever” loud and clear through the mic that my family and i could hear after i’ve never felt so unheard and disrespected as a fellow human being and a customer. i understand he is tired and it was out of staff, but i still thanking him for serving us, but please let this be a warning to him to treat a customer with respect and kindness and dignity i have never written a complaint in my entire life because i’m not the type of person to write anything. Read moreI dont expect too much when ordering fast food through a drive through. Came through about 10:30 and as soon as I ordered I was asked to "hold on a sec", girl had a conversation with her coworker for a full 2 minutes that i got to hear over the speaker, that should have been my first tip off that it would get worse. Got to the window and was handed my change but no receipt, go figure, then handed my chocolate shake with no whip cream on top. I had just seen the car ahead receive theirs perfectly fine. Had to wait for them to figure out how to change lemonade, and was handed my 3 other beverages without a drink holder. When I asked for one I was handed it whilst my hands are full with said beverages. Had to ask for condiments and then to top it off, order was incorrect when I got home.
