Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Antioch

We have been going to moutain Mike's since it first opened up in this location. Unfortunately around October this year we started to notice the our orders where getting messed up, our pizza was being delivered burnt, the last order besides tonight, there was metal in the pizza and a piece of pizza missing! We told the manager and she acted as if she didn't know anything. I strongly belive in my opinion it's a rastist act against my husband and I. We always ordered over the phone and get it dropped off. We'll We decided to eat in at the restaurant as a family, My husband ordered the limited time French fries in October this year and asked if he could have salt and peper on the fries. The manager and worker acted like they could not understand what salt and peper was. Then made it seem as if my husband had made an outlandish request. After this incident there has been a problem with every delivery of our food. My husband is a black man and I am a white woman. Ever since we went in person we have been being treated horrible and our food has been burnt and they messed up on the drinks. Me, my daughter & grandsons went there after an appt, we hadn't been in years and ordered a Giant half & half specially pizza😁 chicken, pineapples, extra cheese, green onions, tomatoes, white sauce on one half, red sauce on the other etc, and that thing was humungous and delicious!!! My grandsons had a ball in there, they had entertainment in there for kids and flat screens on the walls. Today 7/7/23, our experience was not at all good! We went for the pizza lunch buffet. Arrived at 12:30pm, noticed that there were 2 other customers, with no pizza under buffet warmers!! Salad bar had just the necessary items, no more. A team member stated that they no longer make pizzas ahead and only will when requested, so we requested a combination. The other person requested a pepperoni and it came out within a few minutes (person who requested said he too had made a request when they came in 20 minutes earlier). He was not happy about waiting and not having a variety like he was used to. My wife and I tried to find a clean table without a divot in upholstery seat. The combination pizza was small and did not have much on it and was just ok.
