Super creepy vibe I was selling an iPhone online and a person who appeared as a attractive young female told me she wanted to buy it and said meet me at Smart tech I thought that was weird but I drove to mall and I ask her if she could walk to 24 hour fitness she refused. I get over there and the front door the owner of Smart tech casually ask me how I was doing and said what you got there iphone can I see it. I immediately knew it felt like I was in the movie Hostel. Then he says Hey I want to buy this phone follow me to my store inside. I said no I can't it's for someone he just walks in the store with my phone and says let me test it out and I'll give you cash I said no give me my phone back this is super creepy. Then he still takes out the Sim card puts in his and makes a phone call and says I'll give you $100 I said no give me my phone or I'll call police he was just behind the counter with smug on his face says ok fine here. I had my phone done last year and it went well! My phone lcd was amazing, and durable, and I signed a contract to be able to get another free lcd replacement within a year, but I needed to show the contract back to them. I was going to use it(the contract) this year, as my phone broke again but I lost the contract. I thought nothing bad about it and just payed the normal price. But, the quality of new phone lcd was not great, and not at all durable. I dropped it once, and it broke right away! And this time I didn’t get one of those contracts, which is kind of upsetting. I get that the service may have changed over the year, but the service I got yesterday was tremendous. I am hoping to get my lcd replaced (once again). Overall, my experience...

Do not go to this store this place will rip you off and they do not stand behind their service. Just warning you. They ripped me off of $200. They repaired my iPhone display. The next day it stopped working. When I called them they immediately blamed me for dropping it. I didn’t drop or mishandle the phone whatsoever. They refused to fix it or give me my money back. Will never go there again nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I’m thinking about taking them to small claims court just on...
