Ketch22 Kafe Food trailer — Restaurant in Arcadia Township

I have been driving by Ketch 22 for some time, always meaning to stop. Now that I have tasted their delicious food I have been back three times over the weekend! I had the dry rubbed walleye sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and I was immediately hooked. I also tried the vegan potstickers. Incredibly tasty. The menu is really well-balanced. There are great sandwiches and wraps and a nice selection of appetizers. There are several nice vegan options. I had the burger tonight and once again was very pleased. Quality ingredients put together just right. Ketch 22 Has been a great option for me for a quick weekend visit. It was great to get carry out and not have to clean up the kitchen. So this shouldn't even be calledna food truck. It's nearly the impossible that food so remarkable can come out of a truck. This place blows most brick and mortar out of the water. Prices were reasonable for the quality, food was prepared fast and friendly and was everything you hope for when you envision eating the menu item you order. I really cannot apply enough superlatives to describe how excellent this spot is. It's beyond delicious. It's divine. Spectacular. Other worldly. WOW. First of all the service was very fast, and she brought it to our table. We got three apps (not quite hungry enough for full meals):

Vegan Mushroom Pot Stickers: Delicious and flavorful, came with a super yummy sauce. Perfectly crispy, filled with a mushroom/veggie filling, piping hot.

Smoked Gouda Bites: PACKED with smoked gouda flavor. Crispy and melty.

Sweet Potato Fries: Also perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Salted just right in my opinion.

And drinks: Northwoods Soda & Syrup Co. Sparkled Mineral Water, a delicious and refreshing drink we tried for the first time, awesome flavors.
