Burger King — Restaurant in Arcadia

As a ex employee there and only working 3 days I quit... I have worked in management my entire life and I have never in my life seen a store ran the way that one is... The store is plain NASTY... They treat new employees like dogs and make them do all the work as they stand around and talk and sit on five gallon buckets while the new employee is working there beHide off.... They lock the lobby at 9:30 when it is suppose to close at 10:00 they start breaking the line down at 6.30 and they shut the ice cream machine down at 8:00 .and having so many customers wanting ice cream and shakes and customers not even ordering food cause they couldn't get shakes....after the lobby doors was closed they let a employee in that was not on the clock.. He came in and made himself a bag full of food and was hanging all over the management and then he leaves (not paying for the food) and leaves the lobby doors unlocked and a stranger was able to enter the building...the food is cut days ahead of time and they just change the sticker.. I know this because I was told to do so... And the tomatoes had mold and I was told to just take the molded ones out... Just gross... No wounder they can't keep employees.... Corporate office will be notified about this.... I am advising everyone not to eat there and if you do and get sick you know who to blame......

Update: just went again and they were closed 1.5 hours before the sign on the door said they would be. I've been there twice on days they decided to actually open for a change and both times they were out of at least one item and one of the times they were out of a laundry list of items that took them a while to list before asking me to order. Perhaps this 8s because they are always closed and don't come in often enough to order supplies.

Original review: I could more accurately rate this place if they were open during their updated hours. I have gone there 2 or 3 times in the last few months always during their posted hours and they have always been closed. What is the point of printing out a sheet of paper with your updated hours and posting it on the drive through window if you aren't going to use those times for your hours of operation. I would understand if it was 10 minutes or so from the time you close but 1-2 hours early? Just update your hours to the times you are actually...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed my order at 9:16pm got my food 10 min later, figured it would be fresh and hot, boy was I wrong! Chicken sandwich was cold, bread was stale, fries were re-dipped in oil, I can tell the difference! My husbands whopper was a hockey puck with stale bread, limp lettuce and the most pathetic tomato. I don’t expect too much from fast food, however prices gone up quality gone down I’m not ok with that. Burger King is unfortunately no longer what it used to be. Time to close the doors. The girl that took my order was rude, was rushing me, and literally “sighed” when I said I needed a moment. I just moved to Arcadia but I can tell you I will NEVER go back to that location or any location for that matter. Where we chose to spend our money as consumers should mean something, especially these days. But it seems like nobody cares anymore about...
