CHICHA San Chen - Arcadia — Restaurant in Arcadia

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited the new Arcadia store today and caught their Soft Opening (10/17–10/19)! The first 20 customers who buy two drinks or more get a free drip tea bag — luckily I went early enough to get one. 😆

The flavor is random — I got the “Heavy Roast.” I took a sip and thought it was quite bitter, but my dad said that’s what they call “aftertaste sweetness” (回甘) 😂.

As always, the drinks are great. My go-to is the Green Tea Cream with Coconut Jelly — it’s perfect both hot and iced! The staff seemed really well-trained, not like other new stores that can be a bit chaotic at first. I got my drinks in about 5–10 minutes, which is actually really good for a soft opening. Overall, a super pleasant experience — I’ll definitely come back again! 💚

Absolutely love this new Chicha San Chen location! No lines, super clean, and the staff here are incredibly patient and kind. The cashier took the time to explain the different tea options and even let us smell the teas before choosing — such a thoughtful touch!

This is a huge upgrade compared to the old location, where asking for recommendations usually got a simple “it depends on your preference” and nothing more. Here, they actually help you find something you’ll enjoy.

My sister and I stopped by this tea spot, and it was such a great experience! The staff were so nice and patient, and the tea was delicious; perfectly balanced sweetness. We tried the osmanthus oolong with honey and the cassia black tea with bubbles. Both were amazing. Definitely coming...
