Okay, Cowboy Chocolate Roundup is absolutely divine! (Just had to start there).

We wanted to stop by as soon as they opened, but I became ill, so we had to wait until today. I am SO glad we finally got there today!

The shop is just delightful, with sweet gift items tucked into dresser drawers and on shelves. From adorable small ice cream themed trinkets to exquisitely wrapped boxed edible novelties, you could complete a gift shopping list before even ordering your scoops!

The ice cream is thick and rich and available in a variety of flavors, each given cute local history-related names. You can get it in a large waffle cone (or a regular sized one, but go for the big...you know you want to!) or in a cup to go, as we did. There are sweet little tables and chairs a la old fashioned ice cream shop, of course, should you wish to dine in. Prices reasonable, staff friendly and patient, and the ice cream scoop is LARGE!

Such a SWEET little shop. The ice cream is from a local dairy. Well thought out flavors for most any tastebud. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. When we were there, they were rather busy, but they treated us like we were the only folks in the shop. Had a scoop of the peanut butter ice cream which was A+++ and a milkshake made of the same.
