Burger King — Restaurant in Arecibo

I love this place, they recently remodeled and it’s really nice for collage students (since they’re right next to a Upra). The people are really nice and some of them already recognize me since I’m a regular. It’s usually really clean and the wait is minimal most of the time. The food is what you’d expect from a bk, so I’m not gonna comment on that. Although, don’t try the iced coffee, bad. Really bad. Everything else is what you’d expect tho so that’s a plus.

Drive through experience was horrible the employees have mistaken my order two days in a row simply because they won’t listen when someone is ordering and when I came back to get my order done right they said they didn’t know and giggled. Honestly I’ll never go to that restaurant again and it’s a shame since it’s closer to my home but the service...

The service was bad and the manager was rude. Because when I made a claim she got in a bad temper....
