Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Argentine Township

If i could leave a zero i would. I ordered a pizza tonight at 6:30 and they said 20 minutes, i got there at 6:50 to a line out the door. I finally get inside after 5 minutes of waiting and several people inside who placed their order over an hour ago were complaining that there pizza was not ready. The man in front of me waited an hour and a half for a delivery driver for it not to be delivered. They have no adults working at all and a bunch of children laughing in the back of the kitchen goofing around while 10+ customers are waiting. After several minutes ( now 50 minutes from ordering) i asked if my order was even ready, they said let me look heres your total. I said no i am not waiting hours like these people for a pizza i ordered 40 minutes ago, they said the order was not ready so i cancelled it. This place is a joke and there are still several people inside who have been waiting hours for pizza.. will not go here again. Poor service, children playing at work, and no pizza. Extremely helpful, fast, and the pizza is always made right! I will drive 15 miles out of my way to go to this location over Fenton, they get it 100% every time! The delivery driver with Jeep is awesome, I had him deliver an order tonight and he was at least 15 minutes early, helped carry the food up to our gate, and was extremely kind and polite. MAKE SURE YOU GUYS TIP YOUR DRIVERS WELL! Would you drive to the next town over to deliver a pizza for $3? Don’t force somebody else to do it for you then.

I ordered online and made a mistake, completely my fault. I called the store and they fixed it in seconds. The manager called me after and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received!

I worked for Hungry Howie's for 12 years as a Manager/Supervisor, through 5 different owners, I've been to the corporate office many times, even took a trip to North Carolina to find a new location for a new ten store chain my Franchise Owners were wanting to build. I Love Howie's, I miss it, of coarse there were good times and bad as there is in any busy business but my memories of working for this company flood my mind all the time. This is the original Howie's I started at in 1997, I didn't leave until 2009 and to this very day my husband and I eat here at least once a week. Most of the employees have changed yet everyone is just as nice and the food is just as great as it ever was.
