My dearest Domino’s, it’s true we’ve had our ups and downs. Mostly ups, to be fair, as you’ve been a steadfast and loyal lover all my life. Though it’s true, I did recently have and share about a negative experience beheld by my own blood and flesh at this location. Whilst this negative experience ushered in feelings of betrayal, at the hands of the certified pizza inspector, it was impossible still to entirely quench the love in my heart, and the craving in my belly, for the love and affection of Domino’s Pizzeria.
Therefore, you could only imagine the delight in my soul when, after learning of my negative experience, the big boss lady (respectfully), Crystal, personally gave me a call. With equal parts professionalism, grace, and personalism, Crystal provided an example of leadership and excellence. Crystal single handedly restored my faith in the Domino’s brand, and bandaged my broken heart. She refunded my incorrect order, made right that which was wrong, and ensured that my loyalty forever lay with the Domino’s clan.
Domino’s remains now and forever a family favorite. Domino’s gluten free crust remains a legitimate competitor in the market, terrifically tastier than the other big fast casual brands.

Read moreWould give zero stars if I could. Delivered to wrong address, which seems odd because my address comes up just fine any time anyone else puts it into the gps. Took almost an hour to get my food when they originally had quoted it at 8 minutes on the app. Then once it finally arrived they didn't have my complete order. The driver said he was going back to the car to check if it was there and then ended up just driving off without ever coming back to let us know if he found my order or not. They were going to just comp part of my order, which they did - but then proceeded to charge me for the other part that I never received! No shock they had also planned on keeping the tip as well. Read moreThis was my first time trying this location. I'm so grossed out. There was the longest blonde hair not just on my sandwich but cooked INSIDE the sandwich. I even tried to pull it out and couldn't because it was so embedded. This is GROSS af. Everyone back there had a baseball hat on except for this younger girl that had a tennis style hat on so she could sport a high ponytail. Please save the aesthetics for outside of work when you work in the food industry, which includes long acrylic nails that gather so much bacteria...which she also had, but at least she had gloves on. But she needs a hair net if she wants to use that type of hat or just handle the money and deliveries.. No one wants your hair, synthetic or real, in our food. No apology, no compensation, nothing from them despite such a health code...
